First 27 rabbits of the experimental group were destabilizated by operated on L6、7.Inj Diazepam 0.25 mg/kg,Inj Ketamine 0.02 g/kg and Inj Atropine 0.125 mg/kg was one by one injected into the rabbit through the auris vein,shearing the rabbit hair of backside waist,fixing the rabbit on operation table in face lying,using 1% Povidone Ioding to degerm the operation area.Every rabbit was incised at the backside of its waist,that incisal opening is located in the center of the intervertebral space (L6、7 space) that both side iliac crest line correspond ,from the meso-ordinate direction cut about 4 cm incision,cutting open skin and subcutaneous tissue,thoroughly ,exposing the spinous processes the vertebral plates and the upper-inferior articular processes,entirely segregating the muscles that cohere the spinous processes the vertebral plates and the articluar process,then excising the supraspinal ligaments and interspinal ligaments,biting off two sides the inferior articular processes of L6,in order that resulting in intervertebral destabilization,using 0.9% Inj.Sodium Chloride to washout the incisal opening,in order sewing up each layer tissues.

方法］ 取48只6个月龄日本大耳白兔，雌雄不限，体重为（2.5±0.2） kg，随机进行分组，分为对照组和实验组，对照组为21只；实验组为27只；先将实验组兔腰背部皮毛剪除，用安定注射液1.25 mg/kg、氯胺酮0.02 g/kg、阿托品0.125 mg/kg顺次耳缘静脉注射麻醉后，俯卧固定于手术台上，用1%碘伏消毒手术区域，以髂嵴平对椎间隙（即L6、7）为中心，从正中取一长约4 cm纵行切口，切开皮肤及皮下组织，锐性分离，暴露棘突、椎板及上下关节突，将附着于棘突、椎板及小关节的肌肉全部分离开，然后依次切除L6、7棘上及棘间韧带，咬除第6腰椎两侧下关节突，造成椎间失稳，用无菌生理盐水冲洗切口，依次缝合各层组织；术后动物在笼中自由活动。

All deyitalized tissue is removed, with special attention given to devitalized muscle.

Strabismus diorthosis under microscope has clear advantages compared with traditional strabismus diorthosis. Wounds such as road accidents, gunshot injuries, fire burns and some internal medicine diseases like diabetes, tumors and palsies always accompany with muscle injuries. Muscle regeneration is relatively difficult on the conditions of serious and large area of muscle injury or loss. Finally the raw surface will be replaced by fibrous connective tissue and form scar, which may disenable the movement of body and badly influence nerves and blood-vascular system, and eventually develop into obduracy wound.

各种创伤如车祸伤、枪弹伤、烧伤及部份内科疾病如糖尿病、肿瘤和瘫痪所致的肢体坏疽都常伴肌组织损伤，对于严重或面积较大的肌损伤或缺损，肌肉的再生相对困难，创面最终被纤维结缔组织替代而形成瘢痕，导致机体运动功能障碍并累及神经、血管系统，影响患者的预后和生活质量。

METHODS:The distribution changes of N CAM at flatfish muscle neuromuscular junction of rat in its embryon phase,14 day after birth,adulthood and 10,20 and 30 days after its L5 lumber nerve root injury were observed by immunohistochemistry and confocal laser scanning microscopy technologies.

The morphologic change of muscle fibers: At the early stage of denervation, the area of cross sections decreased, some muscle fibers turned into angular fibers, nuclei congregated around the center of the fibers. After 8 weeks of denervation, atrophic and hypertrophic fibers coexist. Collagen increases under the endomysium and between the fibers.

肌纤维的组织形态学变化：面部肌肉失神经支配早期，肌纤维的横截面面积变小，出现角状纤维，肌细胞核聚集，细胞核从肌纤维边缘移至肌纤维中央附近；失神经支配后期，肿胀与萎缩的肌纤维并存，肿胀的肌纤维的横截面成倍大于正常的肌纤维，而萎缩的肌纤维的横截面则成倍小于正常的肌纤维；有大量的角纤维存在，肌纤维之间有较多的结缔组织增生。

结果5例经手术减压，其中3例痊愈，功能良好；1例术后继发感染，经抗感染换药治疗，功能恢复较好；1例因创伤重、就诊晚，术中发现组织缺血严重，部分肌肉坏死，后遗留肢体挛缩，功能有部分影响。36例均获得随访，时间6～18个月。
