The activity of muscle Na+/K+-ATPase was first time combined with that of the gill Na+/K+-ATPase to evaluate the salinity adaptability of the subadult Macrobrachium nipponense acclimated for 1d, 2d, 4d and 8d in different combinations of temperature (15℃, 20℃, 25℃ and 30℃) and salinity (0‰, 7‰, 14‰ and 21‰). Oxygen Consumption Rate and Tissue Water Content were also used for this evaluation.

本文以日本沼虾亚成虾为对象，首次采用将鳃和肌肉中两套Na~+／K~+-ATPase系统结合起来，并辅以耗氧率和组织水测定的方法来研究其在不同温度(15℃，20℃，25℃和30℃)和盐度(0‰，7‰，14‰和21‰)条件组合水体中经过1d，2d，4d和8d适应之后的适应情况。

The article detailedly introduces the research situation of body balance testing system. So far, the evaluation of human body balance ability is limited to use balance scale and balance performance monitor. There is no combination of several methods or synthetic analysis for the balance ability, or some aided methods, such as gait, thenar force as well as the muscle strength of lower limb. A consummation, reasonable and scientific evaluation system has not been formed.

文章较详细地介绍了目前人体平衡测试系统的研究现状，得出到目前为止对人体平衡能力的评价仅局限于单一的利用平衡量表或平衡测试仪，还没有几种测试方法的结合或配备其他一些辅助方法来综合反应人体平衡能力，比如步态、足底压力以及下肢肌肉力量等测试等手段，还未形成一个完善、合理和科学评价人体平衡能力的评价体系。

High-frequency ultrasound has important diagnostic value in the Disease of the musculoskeletal system,as an unfound,fast and easy to reduplicative imaging in Musculoskeletal system diseases.The sound beam of ultrasonic visualization can cut through the joint space,which offers a convenient and shortcut bases in the localization.

So, in the steel industrial operator MSDs was not very appropriable as the primary checking tool for musculoskeletal disorders. On the other hand, OWAS has higher sensitivity. But, because of the complexity of its evaluation methods, it is not suitable to be used on-site. We suggested taking videotapes recorded of personnel and then examining the images later to achieve more accurate results.

Each subject performed three different PA glide techniques (PA glide with the thumb unsupported, PA glide with digital support and the PA glide with IP supported by the index) on a force plate while interphalangeal, metacarpophalangeal and carpometacarpal joints kinematics were tracked by a motion analysis system. The joint angles, maximum thumb-tip force, surface EMG activities of 8 thumb muscles and the Beighton score of each subject were recorded for analyses.

Wounds such as road accidents, gunshot injuries, fire burns and some internal medicine diseases like diabetes, tumors and palsies always accompany with muscle injuries. Muscle regeneration is relatively difficult on the conditions of serious and large area of muscle injury or loss. Finally the raw surface will be replaced by fibrous connective tissue and form scar, which may disenable the movement of body and badly influence nerves and blood-vascular system, and eventually develop into obduracy wound.

各种创伤如车祸伤、枪弹伤、烧伤及部份内科疾病如糖尿病、肿瘤和瘫痪所致的肢体坏疽都常伴肌组织损伤，对于严重或面积较大的肌损伤或缺损，肌肉的再生相对困难，创面最终被纤维结缔组织替代而形成瘢痕，导致机体运动功能障碍并累及神经、血管系统，影响患者的预后和生活质量。

In conclusion, this study investigated the effects of lower limb muscular exercise with bicycle ergometric exercise during 30 d HDT bed rest on limb muscle and cardiovascular system. We found that limb muscular exercise and the bicycle ergometric exercise in some extent can improve adverse effects following simulated microgravity.

总之，本实验通过比较30 d头低位卧床期间下肢肌力训练和自行车功量计训练对下肢肌肉和心血管系统的影响，发现下肢肌力训练和自行车功量计训练可在一定程度上对抗模拟失重所致的不良影响。

In this paper,the Lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase,superoxide dis-mutase of five tissues of Carassius auratus gibelio; Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus; Esox americanus Gmelin; Leuciscus waleckii in Dalai Lake were studied by vertical polypropylene gel electrophoresis and the isozyme composion of four kinds of fishes were obtained. Then the analysis of the expressing specify of 3 kinds of isozyme in different tissues and loci were carried on and the genetic base of isozyme system was discussed.
