The positive expression rates of actin in grade Ⅲ atypical hyperplasia (70%) and breast cancer(90%) were significantly higher than that in grade Ⅱ atypical hyperplasia(10%), P.01. In mammary atypical hyperplasia, the number of myoepithelial cells increased with disturbed alignment and abnormal ultrastructure.

在上皮细胞中未见表达；而Ⅲ级不典型增生及乳腺癌组织上皮细胞中肌动蛋白表达阳性率分别为70%(7/10)和90%(9/10)，明显高于Ⅱ级不典型增生的10%(l/10)，P.01。

In vitro, the rat MSCs can be differentiated into the skeletal muscle cells with an induction by MyoD and 5-azacytidine, with a positive reaction for the desmin and the myoglobulin of the skeletal muscle.

结论在体外，MyoD、5-氮杂胞苷可以诱导MSCs向骨骼肌细胞定向分化，并伴有结蛋白和骨骼肌肌球蛋白阳性表达；定向诱导后MSCs增殖期比例大，向骨骼肌细胞分化纯度更高。

All the transfected and un-transfected rMSCs were attached to Allo-DBMs. These new biomaterials were implanted in muscle bags and segmental radius defects of the New Zealand white rabbits, and some controlled material groups were established for comparison. All the biomaterials and the controlled materials were assessed by gross observation, radiographical and histological methods.

Result］All of enzyme tests were normal.The author could observe the dissolved degeneration of part of sacrospinal muscle fibers,muscle fiber hypertrophy,and a small quantity of inflammatory cell infiltration with a light microscope.Focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

It is definite that LTB4 regulates the proliferation and differentiation of sarcoblast through signal path mediated by BLT1, after finishing detecting the influence about specific inhibitor of BLT1 and BLT2 to the proliferation and differentiation of sarcoblast.

综上所述，本研究内容主要是在对四种骨骼肌急性损伤模型研究的基础上，分别观察了大鼠骨骼肌损伤后的自然愈合和药物干预的修复期内，炎症细胞对肌卫星细胞的影响作用及二者之间的关系。
