Methods Dietary-induced hyperlipidemia were induced in female SD rats by given 4% cholesterol and 1% cholic acid diet for 16 weeks.

A total of 150 mesenchymal neoplasms of the GI tract, abdominal cavity, and retroperitoneum were retrieved from consult and surgical pathology archives, including 54 GISTs (8 KIT-negative; 13 desmin-positive), 17 GI leiomyosarcomas, 11 GI mural leiomyomas, 13 leiomyomas of the muscularis mucosae, 12 gastric schwannomas, 15 inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors, 9 cases of mesenteric desmoid fibromatosis, 10 dedifferentiated liposarcomas, and 9 malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.

我们从会诊病例及活检病例中找出150例间叶性肿瘤（来自胃肠道、腹腔和后腹膜），其中包括54例GISTs（8例KIT阴性、13例desmin阳性）、17例GI道平滑肌肉瘤、11例GI道肌壁间平滑肌瘤、13例GI道粘膜肌层平滑肌瘤、12例胃的神经鞘瘤、15例炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤、9例肠系膜韧带样纤维瘤、10例去分化型脂肪肉瘤和9例恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤。

ICCs in these domain appeared as a network structure. On the contrary, the number of ICCs was significantly decreased or even disappeared in between the muscle layers of the ganglionic segment in HD.

结果：在对照组及巨结肠扩张段，ICCs大量分布在肌间神经丛周围及环肌层内，并形成网络结构在狭窄段，肠壁各层ICCs细胞密度明显减少甚至消失，正常所见的网络结构遭到破坏。

Results Actin was only detected in myoepithelial cells of normal breast tissue and grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ atypical hyperplasia.

The changes of actin expression in atypical hyperplasia are possibly correlated with carcinogenesis of breast cancer, and myoepithelial cells may play a role in carcinogenesis of breast cancer.

乳腺不典型增生时肌动蛋白表达的变化可能与乳腺癌的发生有关，肌上皮细胞可能参与了乳腺癌的发生。

Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect actin expression in normal breast tissue, grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ atypical hyperplasia and breast cancer. Electromicroscopy was used to observe the changes of ultrastructure of myoepithelial cells.

用免疫组化SP法分别检测正常乳腺组织、Ⅰ级一般性增生和Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级不典型增生乳腺组织及乳腺癌组织中肌动蛋白的表达情况，并用电镜观察肌上皮细胞超微结构的变化。

2Myocardial ultrastructure was normal in the control group,myoneme arranged disordered,the structure of typical sarcomere disappeared, mitochondrium intumesced,interstitial substance fiber hyperplasy,capillary vessel endothelial cell swelled in DG group.Myocardial ultrastructure improved slightly in rats of SM and LM groups. 3NF-κB p65 and COX-2 had a small quantity to present in the myocardium tissue of control group,while the quantity increased obviously in the diabetic group.The level of it in the group of treatment was significant lower than that in the diabetic group.There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Metformin can protect against the heart injury in diabetic.

结果 1与对照组比较，DG组体重明显减轻，血糖、心脏质量指数、INS、TG、T-CH及FFA明显升高(P＜0.01)；应用 MT治疗后体重无明显增加，INS有所下降，心脏质量指数、血糖、TG及FFA明显降低(P＜0.01)；DG组心肌组织MDA明显升高，SOD明显降低(P＜0.01)，MT治疗后上述指标明显改善；2超微结构观察单纯糖尿病组肌丝结构明显紊乱，典型肌小节结构消失，线粒体肿胀、间质纤维增生，微血管内皮细胞肿胀等表现，而SM及LM组可见组织结构有所改善；3对照组心肌NF-κB p65及COX-2只有少量表达，单纯糖尿病组表达量明显增多(P＜0.01)，MT治疗后表达量明显减少(P＜0.01)。

Histomorphometric studies were done to measure the following indexes: the IOD values of pulmonary, skeletal muscular and pleural small vascular walls from staining of AT1 and AT2 receptors, the pulmonary vascular density, muscularization of the nonmuscular vessels, percent wall thickness and proliferation of pulmonary small vascular walls.

结果：先心病患儿肺小血管壁AT1、AT2受体染色的IOD值均高于对照组(P=0.000)；先心病患儿骨骼肌和胸膜小血管壁AT1、AT2受体染色的IOD值均高于肺小血管(P＜0.05)；先心病患儿肺小血管壁AT1受体染色的IOD值与肺血管密度、非肌性肺血管肌化程度、肺小血管壁厚百分比和肺小血管壁细胞的增殖度相关(r分别为-0.783、0.742、0.521、0.657)，AT2受体仅与肺血管密度和血管壁厚百分比相关(r分别为-0.487、0.516)。

Electrophysciological indexes: in the experimental group ,the tardy rate of induced motorius action potential ,recovery rates of the amplitude of compound muscle action potential and twitch tension and tetanic tension of triceps surae muscle ,were significantly higher than in the control group.(4) Compared with the control group ,the triceps surae muscle wet weight was significantly greater in the experimental group.(5) histomorphological indexes: the count of myelinated nerve fibers ,diameter of regenerated axon,thickness of nerve myelin sheath and area of capillary were much more in the experimental group than in the control group.(6) observation of ultrastructure with the transmission election microscope: more abundant organella and maturer myelin sheath lay in the injured peripheral nerve of the experimental group, while not lay in the control group.

分别在术后第2、4、6周时进行各项指标的检测，结果发现：（1）实验组SD大鼠在整个实验过程中，其精神、毛发、体重，运动灵活性等一般情况优于对照组；（2）实验组的坐骨神经功能指数恢复率显著优于对照组，P＜0.01；（3）神经电生理指标：实验组运动神经诱发电位潜伏期的延迟率显著优于对照组，P＜0.05；复合肌肉动作电位振幅的恢复率显著高于对照组，两组比较第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；小腿三头肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率实验组显著高于对照组，P＜0.01；（4）小腿三头肌湿重的恢复率，第2、4周时实验组高于对照组，差异非常显著，P＜0.01；第6周时，差异仍显著，P＜0.05；（5）组织形态学指标：有髓神经轴突计数、再生轴突直径的恢复率，毛细血管面积，实验组均显著大于对照组，P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.001；实验组髓鞘厚度的恢复率也显著高于对照组，第2周时P＜0.01，第4、6周时，P＜0.05；（6）透射电镜超微结构观察：实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富，髓鞘结构成熟，神经再生情况优于对照组。

The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of mPGES-2 protein in mouse oviduct during the early pregnancy, pseudopregnancy, and estrous cycle by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. The regulation of mPGES-2 protein in mouse oviducts was also studied under delayed implantation, steroid hormonal treatments and oviductal ligation.

本实验主要利用早期妊娠、假孕、输卵管结扎、发情周期、激素调节以及延迟着床等实验模型，结合免疫组织化学和Western blot 的实验方法，详细研究了mPGES-2 蛋白在小鼠输卵管中的表达与调节。mPGES-2 蛋白主要定位于不同时期的伞部和壶腹部的上皮纤毛细胞中，在伞部和壶腹部肌层以及峡部和宫管连接处的上皮和肌层中未检测到mPGES-2 蛋白的表达。
