In bicuspid and tricuspid valve, ECs were round or ovary, the ECs of lower surface of these valves were more apparent polarity than that of upper surface of the valve. The ECs appeared rectangle and arrange in regular, in pectinate muscles of left and right atrium, In inferior vena cava, ECs looked like round, ovary or irregular shape, without apparent polarity but with a few short microvilli.

在二尖瓣与三尖瓣，细胞多呈圆形或卵圆形，其瓣膜下面的细胞排列较上面的细胞极性明显；在左、右心房的梳状肌，细胞多呈长方形，排列较规则；在下腔静脉，细胞呈圆形，卵圆形或不规则形，极性不明显，有少量低矮的微绒毛。

METHODS: Otocyst epithelia surgically isolated from fetal rats were cultured and passaged. Proliferation and differentiation of cultured cells were observed using BrdU labeling to find the progenitors. Immunocytochemistry (Factin, cytokeratin and calretinin) was used to detect cell properties of cultured cells.

取孕鼠胚胎听囊细胞进行体外培养，用免疫细胞化学方法，分别对培养的细胞进行细胞角蛋白、F肌动蛋白和calretinin染色观察细胞特征；BrdU染色观察细胞增殖。

The IgG and IgM with similar distribution and different den-sity were observed on the sarcolemma and they are adjacent to the area with myocardial egeneration and infiltration of mononuclear cells.

结果：20例VMC和9例DCM的标本中，发现了IgG和IgM的沉积，主要分布于心肌肌膜和毛细血管内皮，IgG的肌膜沉积与同步做的病理切片中观察到的心肌细胞坏死和炎性细胞浸润有病理形态学联系。

Results: Mast cells in uterus were mainly distributed in the myometrium, only a few in the endometrium. After ovum implantation ,the mast cells were comparatively less at the place of implantation. The number of mast cells of early and late pregnancy(1～5 dyas, 15～19 dyas) was apparently higher than that during middle pregnancy(P＜0. 05). Stained by alcian blue-safranin, both red and reddish blue mast cells decreased gradually in number during pregnancy, but the proportion of blue mast cells was increased. Critical electrolyte concentration of mast cells decreased as time went on.

结果：(1)肥大细胞主要分布于子宫肌层，子宫内膜较少，且胚泡植人部位的肥大细胞明显少于非植入部位；(2)妊娠早期(孕1～5d)和妊娠后期(孕15～19d)肥大细胞数显著多于妊娠中期(P＜0.05)；(3)Alcian蓝藏红组化染色后，可见妊娠过程中红色和红蓝混合色肥大细胞逐渐减少；蓝色肥大细胞所占比例逐渐增大，孕9～19d肥大细胞几乎全部为蓝色；(4)肥大细胞临界电解质浓度值随妊娠时间的推移而变小。

The results suggested that the fibrous nodules of BPH evolved fibromuscular or muscular nodules with the differentiation of myofibroblast cells within the nodules, and these results were helpful to understand the pathogenesis and development of BPH nodules.

前列腺早期的纤维性结节随着肌纤维母细胞向平滑肌和纤维细胞的分化而演化为纤维肌性结节和肌性结节，明确这种演化过程可进而认识前列腺增生的病理学分类。

Results:There is a close positive correlation between myoepithelial cell differentiation and glandular cell maturation and the ratio of myoepithelial cells to glandular endpieces area was decreased.

结果：实验结果提示，小鼠泪腺肌上皮细胞从出现到成熟的形态变化，与腺细胞内的分泌颗粒从出现到增多是同期发育的，泪腺腺房与肌上皮细胞的面积比率呈减小趋势。

Result］all of enzyme tests were normal.the author could observe the dissolved degeneration of part of sacrospinal muscle fibers,muscle fiber hypertrophy,and a small quantity of inflammatory cell infiltration with a light microscope.focal solution of muscle fiber,the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus,the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyte,and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope.

术中切取竖脊肌标本用于组织病理学观察和透射电镜观察。［结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灶状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

The author could observe the dissolved degeneration of part of sacrospinal muscle fibers, muscle fiber hypertrophy, and a small quantity of inflammatory cell infiltration with a light, microscope. Focal solution of muscle fiber, the aggregation of mitochondria around the nucleus, the increase of lipid droplet and lysosome in cyle, and the proliferation and differentiation of muscle satellite cell could be observed with an electron microscope. Pathogenesis of chronic lumboscaral compartment syndrome may be as followed.

术中切取竖脊肌标本用于组织病理学观察和透射电镜观察［结果］各项酶学检验无异常；组织学光镜下观察到竖脊肌纤维部分溶解变性，肌纤维肥大，少量炎性细胞浸润；电镜下观察到肌纤维灯状溶解，核周线粒体聚集，胞内脂滴、溶酶体增多，肌卫星细胞增殖分化。

LDH in culture fluid, SOD, XOD, free calcium in L-6TG cell and mitochchondral respiration were evaluated in each group; apoptosis was detected by flow cytometer with PI staining method and agarose gel electrophoresis; the immuneohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of bcl-2 and Caspase-3 ; the morphoiogic changes were observed with microscope.

将培养的L-6TG大鼠肌母细胞随机分为3组：①正常对照组，②缺血再灌注组（1R组），③缺血预处理组，观测了培养上清中LDH、细胞内SOD、XOD、Ca(上标 2+)含量的变化；采用MTT法检测线粒体的功能；利用流式细胞仪和细胞DNA电泳结果检测细胞凋亡情况；采用免疫组织化学的方法检测bcl-2及Caspase-3的蛋白表达情况，结合自动图像分析系统对其结果进行定量分析；在光镜下观察细胞的形态学改变。
