观察治疗前后血浆肾素、血管紧张素、24h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、尿免疫球蛋白G、尿α1-微球蛋白(尿α1-M)、尿红细胞数、血尿素氮、血清肌酐及内生肌酐清除率Ccr等指标的变化。

Objective To investigate the clinical features, glottal images and acoustic characteristics of patients with muscular tension dysphonia and evaluate the value of laryngoscopy and acoustic measurement in the diagnosis of MTD.

目的 观察肌紧张性发声障碍(muscular tension dysphonia， MTD)患者的临床特点，探讨喉镜检查及计算机嗓音声学检测技术在此类发声障碍诊断中的应用价值。

SD rat emotional stress was simulated with the communication box model. The microstructural and ultrastructural pathological change in the TMJ and external pterygoid muscle was observed to show the emotional stress influence to TMJ structure and metabolism. 90 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, emotional stress group and foot-shocked group in average.

鉴于此，本课题采用了可以模拟应激作用下人类的紧张和焦虑状态的交流箱大鼠心理应激模型，使SD大鼠处于紧张和焦虑状态，研究在心理应激状态下，大鼠TMJ的超微结构、TMJ神经相关肽的表达、以及与TMJ关系密切的咬肌、颞肌的肌电变化。

CT findings of GP included gas accumulation under the recess of xiphoid,gas accumulation in the area of lesser omentum,gas accumulation under the recess of peritoneal cavity,and seroperitoneum. Conclusion As a non-invasive examination means for abdomen,CT examination can discover whether there is dissociative gas or not and estimate the amount of gas in abdomen more rapidly and exactly.CT can also estimate the position of perforation elementarily.The recess under xiphoid is the first place where the dissociative gas assembles after gastrointestinal perforation.

材料与方法1 一般资料：1999年7月至2 0 0 4年1月我院经CT检查的胃肠穿孔的患者13例，其中男8例，女5例；年龄19～6 5岁，平均4 0 2岁。13例均行腹部CT平扫及站立位腹部X线平片检查，其中6例先行CT检查后行X线检查。8例既往有胃、十二指肠溃疡病史，2例有明显腹部外伤史。10例表现为突发上腹部疼痛、腹肌紧张，1例表现为明显右下腹部疼

Finally, the relationships between physic stimuli and psychological nature of kinesthesis sensation was explored in the study. DIVAD110、DIVAD120、DIVAD1130、DIVAD140、of DIVAD system made in Germany were adopted as the main method to explore the kinesthesis sensation of waist and neck.

其中 2— 6个月组，4个方面的异常项目按出现多少分别排列为：①反射异常：膝反射、手持握反射、巴氏征、非对称性颈肢反射、踝阵挛、坐位平衡反应、踏步反射、交叉伸展反射、紧张性迷路反射、躯干侧弯反射、拥抱反射；②姿势异常：仰卧翻成侧卧头后仰≥ 15°、立位悬垂、平卧颈后空隙≥1cm、俯卧悬垂、侧位悬垂、拉起、紧张性头偏斜、自发姿势异常；③肌张力异常：足背屈角、上肢围颈、手握拳、扶立足跟抬起≥ 3 0°、拇指交叉达掌心、窝角、内收角、跟耳角；④其他异常：头围≤ x -2s、斜视、主动运动减少/异常、听觉异常、视觉异常、眼颤、癫痫。
