Methods: We searched the data base of National Taiwan University Hospital between 1989 and 2006 for DM/PM patients with ILD. The medical records were reviewed.

我们搜寻台大医院资料库中，从西元1989年到2006年中符合皮肌炎或多发性肌炎并发间质性肺炎的病例，并分析其病历。

Methods: The dada from 22 patients with dermatomyositis complicated by malignant tumor and 43 patients with dermatomyositis without malignant tumor were analyzed and used to establish a discriminant function .

2 2例皮肌炎合并恶性肿瘤患者作为一组，43例皮肌炎不合并恶性肿瘤患者作为另一组，对两组患者的临床及实验室指标进行分析，建立判别函数。

It was considered an effective and ideal model of PM.2 uPA,PAI-1 and TNF-αwere all involved in the pathogenesis of PM and participated in the process of the degeneration,apoptosis and necrosis of the diseased muscle.3 MMP-9 and TIMP-2 immunoreactivity were positive in the capillary,venous wall,arteriola endotheliocyte and neurilemma in the normal group skeletal muscle,but more intensive in EAM.They may aggravate the pathological changes of the muscle in human PM.

结论1兔纯化的肌球蛋白加含卡介苗的完全弗氏佐剂可仿制出人类多发性肌炎的理想动物模型。2 UPA、PAI-1和TNF-α参与多发性肌炎的肌纤维坏变过程。3 MMP-9和TIMP-2在正常肌肉组织中的毛细血管、静脉管壁、动脉肉皮细胞和神经鞘膜表达，在多发性肌炎中，参与加重肌纤维的坏变过程。

Clinical diagnostic considerations ranged from benign entities such as rhabdomyoma, intramuscular lipoma, fibromatosis, myositis ossificans, proliferative myositis, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor, and inflammatory myopathy to malignant entities such as rhabdomyosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, liposarcoma, and lymphoma.

本综述资料总结了92项共1197例患者应用利妥昔的研究，包括系统性红斑狼疮、特发性血栓性血小板减少性紫癜，抗中性粒细胞抗体相关性血管炎、甲状腺功能亢进、自身免疫性溶血性贫血、寻常型天疱疮、甲型血友病、冷凝集素病、干燥综合征、移植抗宿主疾病、血栓性血小板减少性紫癜、IgM介导性神经病、多发性硬化、视神经脊髓炎、特发性膜性肾病、皮肌炎和眼肌阵挛性肌阵挛。
