Conclusion Local application of PGLA tube with neurturin can recover the axoplasm flow of regenerated nerve fibers, its long-term effect can match that of the nerve autograft, and collateral axonal branching occurred less.

应用NTN/PGLA导管的修复能够和自体神经移植修复一样恢复神经缺损的连续性和逆行轴浆运输功能，后期效果相当；应用NTN/PGLA导管修复后神经元分布异位明显少于自体神经移植修复，提示较少发生轴突误向再生，减少面肌联带运动的发生。

All the patients had mucocutaneous pigmentation, gastrointestinal polyps, abdominal pain, anemia, and so on. All the patients were examined by endoscopy, polyps were removed by electrocautery snear under endoscopes, and 3 cases underwent enterotomy operation because of intestinal obstruction and intussusception.

结直肠癌组织和正常结肠黏膜广泛表达ER-β，正常结肠上皮主要呈核染，而结直肠癌组织主要为胞浆染色，ERβ在结肠上皮细胞表达，尤其在处于腺体底部的结肠隐窝大量表达，ERβ还可在内皮细胞和肌细胞上表达。

Result The expression of TSHR was observed in the perimysium, cytomembrane and cytoplasm in 10 of the 12 TAO specimens, accounting for a TSHR expression rate of 83.3％in the EOM of TAO patients.

结果 TSHR在眼外肌肌束膜、细胞膜及少量胞浆中表达，12例TAO患者中有10例检测出TSHR蛋白，阳性检出率为83.3％，正常对照组未检测出TSHR蛋白的表达。

The changes included that the protrusions on the cell surface diminished, myofilaments and pinosomes in the myoepithelial cells of grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ atypical hyperplasia decreased, and the irregularity of the nuclear morphosis and the increase of nuclear heterochromosome were found.

乳腺不典型增生时肌上皮细胞数目增多，排列紊乱，电镜下可见：①细胞表面的棒状突起消失；②Ⅱ、Ⅲ级不典型增生时胞浆内的肌微丝和吞饮小泡减少；③细胞核增大，不规则，异染色质增多。

Results The small regenerating fibers, central location of nucelus and basophilia endochylema were observed under HE stain both in the patients with DMD and PM. Anachromasis of antiNCAM monoclonal immunohistochemistry stain was found in the regenerating muscle fibers. Positive Ezrin expression was also detected in the regenerating fibers. However, this expression tapered gradually as the mature process of skeletal muscle. The expression of Ezrin was negative in the mature fibers.

结果 DMD、PM患者被检肌HE染色所见再生肌纤维直径较小、核位于中央、胞浆嗜碱性；NCAM染色再生肌纤维深染；再生肌纤维Ezrin呈阳性表达，伴随肌纤维成熟Ezrin表达逐渐减弱，成熟肌纤维无Ezrin表达；成肌细胞Ezrin呈阳性表达。
