Objective To evaluate the rat model of endometriosis, conducted by autotransplantation of its own endometrium between the superficial fascia and muscular layer of the abdominal wall.

目的 对皮下筋膜层与腹壁肌层之间移植自体子宫内膜制作的子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis， EMs)模型进行评估。

METHODS We used a dermatome to obtain thin endocardium,midcardium and epicardium transmural strips from left ventricular free wall of canine(weight 15-18 kg) and standard microelectrode techniques to record and measure the transmembrane action potential duration.

结果：①胺碘酮延长内、外膜层心肌细胞的动作电位时程，当基础周长为1 000 m s时，使用胺碘酮后心内膜层肌细胞的APD90由(254±38)m s延长为(274±37)m s(P.01)，外膜层肌细胞的APD90由(205±37)m s延长为(229±16)m s(P.01)；但其明显缩短中层肌细胞的APD，其APD90由(331±50)m s缩短为(290±62)m s(P.01)。

Results In dioestrous mice, many iNOS+ cells were found in the stroma of endometrium. There was no obvious differences between the immunized mice and the control mice. In the uterus on 3 day of pregnancy, however, there was obvious difference about the iNOS quantity in uterus between the immunized and the control mice. There was strong positive reaction on the epithelia of endometrium and the endometrial gland in the lamina propria in control mice, while the staining of iNOS in the uterus of SA-30 immunized mice was very weak, only a few of iNOS+ cells were observed in the myometrium.

结果 SA-30免疫后对间情期小鼠子宫内的iNOS没有明显影响，无论是免疫组还是对照组，在子宫内膜基质中均有大量阳性细胞分布，两者无明显差异；在妊娠第3d时，对照组的小鼠子宫中有较多iNOS表达，阳性标记主要集中在内膜上皮及固有膜中的子宫腺上，经SA-30免疫的小鼠子宫中，iNOS表达则显著减少，整个内膜标记极弱，只在子宫肌层内有少量iNOS阳性细胞分布。

There were no nick infection, chorioamnionitis and other complications. Eight/sixteen fetal lambs were undergone intro-utero cardiac intervention. The values of body weight and Hct of lambs which were executed. pre-term and full-term delived were (1.77±0.14) kg vs.(2.15±0.23) kg vs.(2.41±0.19) kg and 29%-33% vs. 27%-35% vs. 37%-41%. In autopsy, hydropericardium was found in 4/8 with 1-2.5 mL and 1/8 with 5 mL. Besides 1/8 with interventricular septum centesis injury, there was no centesis damage to endocardium, valve, chordae tendineae, papillary muscles and aortic tunica intima.

病理解剖发现施行手术的8例胎羊/新生羊胸壁穿刺点均位于左侧心前区，心脏进针部位在左室心前区近心尖部位6例，近流出道1例，近室间隔1例；4只少量心包积液(1~2.5 mL)，1只心包积液5 mL，3只未发现心包积液；除1只胎羊有室间隔穿刺伤外，其余胎羊心内膜、瓣膜、腱索、乳头肌及主动内膜均未发现损伤；未发现肺、肝等胸腹腔脏器穿刺损伤；均未发现心包、胸腔感染迹象。

Adenomyosis occurs when endometrial glands and stroma are found in the myometrium , not just in the endometrium where they belong.

Methods 20 healthy volunteers and 37 patients with CAD were involved in this study. Color changes resulted from CK timing and amplitude were observed at parasternal short-axis view, apical four-chamber view and two-chamber view; The percent of regional fractional area change in 30﹪ diastolic period , namely color kinesis diastolic index, were obtained using ICK software.

观察20例正常人和37例冠心病患者胸骨旁左室乳头肌短轴观、心尖四腔、两腔观各节段心肌舒张期心内膜位移引起彩阶的变化，并运用ICK定量分析软件计算出心内膜于舒张早期30﹪时间内位移的面积占整个舒张期内膜位移面积的百分比，即心内膜位移指数。

Results In 9 cases of endometrial biopsy of materials by uterine curettage, the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 6 cases were well differentiated and like stromal cells of endometrial hyperplasia; the cells of endometrial stromal sarcomas of 3 cases were poor differentiated, the cells of 2 were like that of malignant lymphoma, and another like that of pleomorphous sarcoma. In 9 cases were found the distribution of vessels cluster like endometrial corkscrew small artery. The tumor cells were grew along lymphatic or protruded in lymphatic, and there were small islands or small pieces of tumor cells in the interspace of muscles in 2 cases. The contrastive observation of the specimens of resected uterines of 9 cases confirmed the valve of above features to the confessed diagnosis of endometrial stromal sarcomas in the materials of endometrial biopsy or uterine curettage.

有3例分化差者，其中2例酷似恶性淋巴瘤，1例酷似多形性肉瘤。9例均见簇状分布的子宫内膜螺旋小动脉样的小血管分布，2例见瘤组织沿淋巴管和突入淋巴管内生长及小片平滑肌组织的肌间隙内有小灶状或小片状瘤组织分布。9例子宫切除标本的对比观察，进一步证实了上述特征对宫内膜活检或刮出物确诊子宫内膜间质肉瘤的价值。
