Objective To provide anatomical basis for a new style operation using periosteal flap composed of submental artery, anteroventral portion of digastric muscle and submental artery for the renovation of laryngotrachea.

目的 为应用颏下动脉二腹肌前腹为蒂的下颌骨骨膜瓣转位修复喉、气管提供解剖学依据。方法对23例（46侧）头颈部标本的颏下动脉、颏下静脉、二腹肌前腹的相关结构进行观测。

It is feasibe that the periosteal flap composed of submental artery,anteroventral portion of digastric muscle and mandibular periosteum is useful laryngotracheal renovation.

带颏下动脉二腹肌前腹蒂的下颌骨膜瓣有转移范围大、血供丰富、应用灵活等优点。颏下动脉二腹肌前腹为蒂的下颌骨膜瓣修复喉气管具有可行性。

METHODS: Employing Health-Carter method, the 218 college students were measured on the indexes of biepicondylar breadth of the humerus, biepicondylar breadth of the femur, tricps skinfold, subscapular skinfold, suprailiac skinfold, medial calf skinfold, body length, body weight, upper arm girth flexed and tensed and calf girth. Every index was measured 3 times and average values were adopted, and compared to that of other regions.

采用Heath-Carter体型法对218 名在校大学生进行肱骨内外上髁、股骨内外侧髁间径及肱三头肌位、肩胛下位、髂前上棘位、腓肠肌位皮褶厚度，身高、体质量、臂最大收缩围和小腿围测量。10项指标均由专人负责，每项指标测量3次，取其平均值作为测量结果，并与其他地区大学生体型进行比较。

The length of the vascularized dorsal latissimus flap pedicled with the subscapular artery was 12.2±2.3cm. collateral circulation was developed in 1 cas during postoperative 4 month's follow-up.

结果肩胛下动脉起始外径(3.9±0.3)mm，设计的带肩胛下动脉的血管化的背阔肌瓣长(12.2±2.3)cm，临床观察肌瓣肿胀不明显，术后四月肢端血氧饱和度明显增高。

Methods A skin incision 3-4cm away from upper lid margin to the place 1cm aboe the superciliary arcy was made in operation.

距上睑缘 3～4mm皮肤切口，向上潜行剥离至眉弓上 1cm ，在上睑眉弓皮肤下与骨膜之间制作 2cm向下滑动的额肌瓣，将额肌瓣和上睑睑板缝合固定。

我室以往的工作表明：小鼠心肌是研究EAD的理想标本。既使轻微的低钾（3mM 〓）条件也足以诱发小鼠心房肌和心室肌的EAD（尽管二者难易度上存在差别），提示小鼠心肌细胞上的钾电流与EAD的发生关系密切。

At present, supinator syndrome can be diagnosed definitely according to the clinical symptom, and the examination with electromyogram is beneficial to diagnose this disease, hot it has not specificity. Moat patients of supinator syndrome often get satisfactory effects after conservation treatment, and the ones who are failed can get the improvement from surgical treatment timely.

旋后肌综合征主要根据临床表现确诊，肌电图检查有助于该病的诊断，但并不具备特异性；大部分患者经积极的非手术治疗可取得较满意的疗效，非手术治疗无效的患者及时采取手术治疗亦可获得满意疗效。

Results: The PINOF crossed the anterior midline of the radial head and then descended laterally. The site of it entering the supinator was about (13.8±4.2)mm below the superior edge of radius with the distance of (3.2±1.1)mm from the anterior midline of radius. After entering supinator tunnel under the Frohse, s arcade, the PINOF passed between superficial and profound part of supinator. It passed the lateral midline of radius below the superior edge of radius about (42.6±6.5)mm, the posterior plane below the superior edge of radius about (63.4±7.6)mm.

结果：骨间后神经越过桡骨头上缘前方中线稍偏外斜向外下方走行，距桡骨头上缘(13.8±4.2)mm、桡骨前方中线外侧(32±1.1)mm处经旋后肌腱弓深方入旋后肌管，走行于旋后肌深浅两层之间，在桡骨头上缘下方(42.6±6.5)mm越过桡骨外侧中线，在桡骨头上缘下方(63.4±7.6)mm越过桡骨后平面。

Proteomics analyzes identified 14 proteins from the swim bladder muscle, one of them are related to energy production. Two-dimensional gels show some different spots from these three type muscles. These results help us to find some different proteins in these three types of muscles of this fish.
