MRI characters mainly were that amyotrophy attenuated muscle and muscle outline collapsed;intramuscular adipose heterogeneitily infiltrated,which resulted in MRI signal heterogeneitily raising up and the ratio of lumbar subcutaneous fat MRI signal to lumbar dorsal muscle MRI signal descending;intramuscular spatia was revealed as line-lamellar form or featheriness or grid grid form.

主要MRI表现包括：肌肉萎缩造成肌肉变细、形态萎缩、轮廓萎陷；肌内不均匀性脂肪浸润，造成信号不均性增高，皮下脂肪信号与肌肉信号比值下降，肌内间隙呈线片状、羽毛状或网格状。

All patients were treated for 20 days.Before treatment and after treatment, 24 hour urine proteinuria,urine micro-albumin , urine IgG,urine α1-microglobulin,urine red blood cell number ,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance rate plasma rennin and angiotoninⅡconcentration were meatrued.

观察治疗前后血浆肾素、血管紧张素、24h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、尿免疫球蛋白G、尿α1-微球蛋白(尿α1-M)、尿红细胞数、血尿素氮、血清肌酐及内生肌酐清除率Ccr等指标的变化。

Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.

结果 3例病变均位于右下腹，冠状面位于髂肌和腰大肌形成的"V"形间隙内，与盲肠关系密切，盲肠呈外压改变；呈均匀长T1、长 T2信号；壁薄且均匀，信号与肠管壁相似，于T2WI显示较明显；于横断面分别呈圆形、类圆形及椭圆形，冠状面及矢状面2例显示呈"葫芦"状、1例呈长管状，3例末端均呈"桃尖"样变；边界均清楚。1例于阑尾开口部发生盲肠息肉，MRI未能显示。

Five patients were alive, they appeared progressive muscular atony and atrophy, especially in shoulder and pelvic girdle, with normal serum creatine kinase and troponin T examination; some patients appeared heart enlargement, arrhythmia, and heart failure.

结论该家系符合常染色体显性遗传的特点；根据患者临床及病理特点，诊断为肢带型肌营养不良症伴心肌损害，以肢带型肌营养不良症ⅠB型可能性大；进一步明确其基因分型需行分子遗传学检查。

Methods The effect of warm ischemia at 25℃, 30℃ and 37℃ on intestinal myoelectricity was recorded by using an electrophysiological multichannel apparatus. At the same time, the myoelectricity was measured 30 min and 3 weeks after small intestinal autotransplantation in pigs and the intestinal peristalsis observed.

应用电生理多道仪记录25℃、30℃、37℃的热缺血对猪小肠肌电的影响，同时记录猪自体小肠移植后30分钟及术后3周时的肌电，肉眼观察小肠的蠕动情况。

The outcome factor was recovery of renal function (serum creatinine ≤116 μmol/L) in azotemia patients or a 50% reduction of serum creatinine and discontinuation of dialysis in uremic patients,improved for at least three months.

结局因素：氮质血症者血肌酐下降至116 μmol/L以下，尿毒症者血肌酐下降50%以上，并脱离透析3个月以上为阳性结局，死亡者因其肾功能不可能再恢复，因此删失时间为28周。
