BMD measurement of femoral neck without external reference phantom based on QCT data is an effective and feasible method, both MVM and LVM selected as internal reference is more convenient and has no difference comparing with erector spinae as internal reference.

基于QCT数据应用CAD无体模软件具有与有体模方法和DXA方法相同的测量BMD的能力，其中采用便捷的股内侧肌、股外侧肌作为内部参考具有与竖脊肌相近的结果，能够为医生提供BMD的参考信息，可用于骨质疏松的诊断、健康普查。

The results were showed as following:The work intensity of trunk muscles activities was different in forestry work conditions; work intensity of Erector spinae were the maximum,approaching over 30%Maximum Voluntary Contraction,and EMG amplitudes of Rectus abdominis and Oblique external abdominis were 10%MVC.

研究结果如下：在不同作业工况中，躯干不同肌肉的工作强度存在差异，背部竖脊肌工作强度为最大，均在最大用力的30%左右，其次为腹直肌与腹外斜肌均在最大用力的10%左右。

Lifting was the main component of moulding process with over 50%MVC EMG activity. The sEMG of erector spinae muscles was abnormal in moulders with low back pain during work.

造型作业中又以搬举动作肌电活动最高，超过了最大随意收缩的50％，有的搬举指数为NIOSH推荐值的4-5倍，且腰背痛的造型工人在作业期间，竖脊肌肌电活动与非腰背痛者明显不同。

Objective To investigate the expression and hyperplasy of Collagen Type Ⅰand Ⅲ in sternomastoid muscle of congenital muscular torticollis and to explore the pathogenesis of sternomastoid muscle fibrosis.

目的研究先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的增生和表达情况，探讨先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌纤维化的发生机制。

In the 198 cases,the muscular tension of low limb descended 3 grades with an average;in the 12 cases,the muscular tension of upper limb descended 1.1 grades with an average.The symptoms of strabism,drooling and language disorder had been ameliorate.

结果：194例下肢痉挛消除，按Ash-worth肌张力标准，下肢肌张力平均下降3·0级，12例上肢肌张力平均下降1·1级，眼斜视、流涎及语言障碍等伴随症状也有改善。

Results: MRI findings included: 13 cases of abnormality of the rotator cuff, 4 of abnormality of the glenoid labrum, 2 of abnormality of both the rotator cuff and long head of biceps tendon, 2 of abnormality of long head of biceps tendon,5 of subacromial bursitis, 4 of abnormality of bony structure.

结果：21例肩关节MRI扫描发现：肩袖病变13例、盂唇病变4例、肩袖病变合并肱二头肌长头肌腱病变2例、肱二头肌长头肌腱病变1例、肩峰下三角肌下滑囊脂肪消失和滑囊炎或滑囊积液5例、肩胛骨肿瘤1例。21例中同时伴不同程度肩关节退行性变及骨创伤4例。5例经开放性手术或关节镜证实，其余16例行保守治疗后临床随访。

为了探索中医药防治慢性鼻炎的机理及为中医学对有关慢性鼻炎发病机理的认识提供实验室依据，本文在文献报道基础上，采用SO2及雌激素共同作用制作肺气虚豚鼠实验性慢性鼻炎模型，并与单纯SO2染毒或单独雌激素肌注的方法进行了对比研究，结果表明，采用SO2染毒及雌激素肌注的方法可引起鼻粘膜慢性非特异性炎症改变；动物生态属肺气虚型；且优于单纯采用SO2染毒及单纯雌激素肌注造模。
