Methods: Eleven healthy young male volunteers enrolled in this study. Testing MVC of back extensor before the experiment. The experiment collected sEMG signal at which T12-L1 segment lumbar multifidus and L5-S1 erector spinae in different directions, with different load ways, different load levels and different road conditions.

10名健康青年男性志愿者，实验前测试其背伸肌最大随意收缩力，采集被试在不同方向上的躯干运动时与不同负荷方式、负荷等级及路面条件下行走时T12-L1节段左右侧竖脊肌与L5-S1节段左右侧多裂肌的sEMG信号。

在行走过程中，随着负荷等级的增加，竖脊肌收缩力增大，其AEMG值也相应增大；左手提与右手提对腰部两观察肌肉的激活程度具有同等效果；上楼时腰部竖脊肌、多裂肌的激活强度显著大于平地和下楼时的激活强度，而平地与下楼之间不存在差异。

Myoblastic cells from patients with PM had a weaker ability of developing into the myotubules, thus they were unable to perform effective regeneration, which resulted in a progressive necrosis.
