The length of the path of a virtual subclavianvein cannulation with the deltoid tuberosity landmark was measuredbilaterally. 4 In a prospective, randomized trial, subclavianvein cannulation was performed in 60 patients with a standardapproach or with the deltoid tuberosity as landmark.

Results: All 8 patients with INVM showed prominent excessive myocardial trabeculation and deep intrabecular. Endocardium of 25 patients with IDCM were smooth, except 2 patients, in which one had excessive myocardial trabeculations in beast apex, the other in lateral wall.

结果：8例INVM均有粗大的肌小梁和小梁间深陷的陷窝，25例IDCM 23例均未见粗大肌小梁及陷窝，1例在心尖部见轻度增粗的肌小梁，另1例在左室侧壁见数目有限的增粗肌小梁，并见其与假腱索相连。

This is the first report of pectenolone and pectenoxanthin, two types of carotenoid, in the muscle of the Yesso scallop.3 Roles of the carotenoids composition and accumulation in Yesso scallopThe method for detecting carotenoids using reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography was developed. The conditions of RP-HPLC analysis were an analytical scale (200×4.6 mm, inner diameter 5μm) Eclipse XDB-C18 column of Agilent corporation; 10μl injection volume; 25°C column temperature; acetonitrile, methanol and methylene dichloride mobile phase (40:56:4, V/VV) with 0.1% BHT; 1.0 ml per minute flow rate; 450 nm UV-VIS detector; 8 minutes elution.The carotenoids from orange muscle of Yesso scallop of 7, 10, 12, 15, 18, 22 months old was detected using the method refered above.

The myoblasts are the precursor of the maturated muscle cells, while the satellite cells are a kind of mononucleus cells which have the characteristics and function of the myoblasts. The satellite cells participate in the growth of skeletal muscle, the repair after injury of the muscle and provide nuclei to the maturated muscle for the normal alternation of cell nuclei. They are very important to the maintenance of the function of skeletal muscle.

Plenty and purified satellite cells are obtained with these methods.IGF-1 could promote the proliferation and differentiation of mouse skeletal muscle satellite cell. Adequate single satellite cell could be obtained by frequent passaging method and the preparation are ready for for satellite cell transplanting.

结果：此方法可以获得足量、纯度较高的肌卫星细胞，适宜浓度的IGF对肌卫星细胞有较强的促增殖及促分化作用，频繁传代可以获取足量的单个肌卫星细胞，为肌卫星细胞移植做好了前期准备。

There were no limp,ulceration and phenomena of self-injury.Normal wave figure in EMG was noted in the experimental side. There was no significant difference in t test in EMG wave amplitude,maximum tetanized systole tensile strength and duration of isometric contraction.
