This is a caseating granuloma of tuberculosis in the adrenal gland.

这是位于肾上腺的结核性干酪样肉芽肿。

Methods Observation on the anti-inflammatory effects of 11-sodium deoxyglycyrrhetinic acid in three models i.e. induced mice's ear swelling, chronic granuloma by filter paper and air sac synovitis. The NOS activity and contents of PGE2 in mice serum and inflammatory humour were measured.

通过二甲苯致小鼠耳片肿胀、纸片致小鼠慢性肉芽肿及气囊性滑膜炎3个模型观察11-脱氧甘草次酸钠的抗炎作用，并测定小鼠血清和炎症液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)的含量和一氧化氮合酶活性。

The lesion could be classified into the granuloma type,suppurative type and anergy/necrosis type histologically.

病理类型有肉芽肿样型、化脓型及变应性缺失/坏死型。

Results: There were 18 cases of astrocytomas, 2 cases of cavernous angioma, 1 cases of hemangioblastoma, 1 cases of dermoid cyst, 1 cases of syringopontia, 1 cases of inflammatory granuloma accompanied with hecrosis and 1 cases of AVM of brain stem in 25 cases.

结果 25例病人中，星形细胞瘤18例，海绵状血管瘤2例，血管母细胞瘤1例，表皮囊肿1例，桥脑空洞症1例，炎性肉芽肿组织伴坏死1例，脑干AVM 1例。

According to pathological examinations, 6 of 18 cases were with meningiomas, 6 with metastatic tumors, 4 with inflammatory granuloma, 1 with cavernous angioma, and 1 with glioma.

本组18例病理结果：脑膜瘤6例，转移瘤6例，炎性肉芽肿4例，海绵状血管瘤1例，胶质瘤1例。术后神经功能保护良好，无手术并发症及死亡。

Results:MCP had antipyretic effect on big rats with fever caused by yeast and antiindlammatory on rats with plantar inflammation caused by egg white and carrageen and auris inflammation caused by dimethylbenzenne.It also had inhibitory effect on tampon granuloma and cough caused by ammoria.

结果 ：麝香牛黄丸对酵母致热大鼠有解热作用；对大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖肿和小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀有明显的抗炎作用，对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成有一定的抑制作用，并能减轻氨水导致的咳嗽。

Result: Xinhuang Tablet had very significant inhibition on acute and chronic inflammation in model of ear edema induced by croton oil in mice, paw swelling induced by carrageenin in rats, granuloma induced by cotton pellet in rats and very significant analgesic effect on thermal and chemical stimulation in model of writhing body response induced by acetic acid in mice and tail flicking in rats.And at the same doses, Xinhuang Tablet hadn't significant difference from ig administration.

结果：新癀片外涂给药对小鼠耳肿、大鼠角叉菜胶足肿、棉球肉芽肿等急、慢性炎症有非常显著的抑制作用；对大、小鼠水浴甩尾、小鼠醋酸扭体等温热刺激、化学刺激引起的疼痛有非常显著的镇痛作用，且在相同剂量下，外涂给药和ig给药的作用无明显差异。
