Result: is examined 27 examples patients textile fiber bronchoscope inspection to have the granulation tissue proliferation, the bronchostenosis.

结果：受检27例患者纤维支气管镜检查均有肉芽组织增生，支气管狭窄。

Gruanulation tissue hyperplasia in myocardial infarction was found in group Ⅲ,but no obvious cicatrices.In group Ⅴ,some cicatrices were observed.

光学显微镜观察结果表明，AMI组心肌梗塞处肉芽组织增生，未见明显瘢痕形成，磁场治疗组心肌梗塞处可见部分瘢痕形成。

The healing rate of wound of control group is obviously higher than the model group.(3) Observe under the microscope: When 3 days after we practice the surgery, HE and observe control group wound have a large number of inflammation nature cell soak, model group wound surface inflammatory cell relatively sparse in Balb/c mouse;The control group can seeⅠtype collagenic and green type collagenic day, model group type be obviously less than the control group; When 7 days after we practice the surgery,HE and bitter acid-staining observe control group peripheral inflammation cell soak, have appeared granulation organize.

3镜下观察：创伤后第3d，HE染色观察对照组伤口有大量炎性细胞浸润，模型组小鼠创面炎症细胞较稀疏，天狼猩红染色对照组可见少量呈黄色的Ⅰ型胶原和呈绿色的Ⅲ型胶原，模型组Ⅲ型胶原要明显少于对照组；创伤后第7d， HE染色观察对照组周边炎性细胞浸润，有肉芽组织出现。

Decrustation was achieved in 2 to 4 days after the application of MEBO and granulation tissue was formed. Decrustation was very complete.

将我科近2年30例住院烧伤患者用MEBO进行Ⅲ度焦痂脱痂，观察脱痂过程、脱痂后肉芽组织的植皮存活率、全身情况、疼痛、血象和肝肾功能的改变等指标。

Results (1) Primary callus came into being 3 days after operation. Mesenchymal cells from peripheral tissues around the primary callus were differentiated into chondrocytes 1 week later. Endochondral ossification was going on then. Bridging callus was formed in the fracture sites 4 weeks after operation.

结果 (1)伤后3 d开始形成原始骨痂。1周时肉芽组织中的间质细胞开始分化为软骨细胞，软骨形成后再进行软骨内化骨。4周时形成连接骨折端的桥接骨痂。

Results: The lower ulcer index and increased ulcer inhibition rate were observed in OME and OME + TEP groups. In TEP and OME + TEP groups, restored mucosa thickness increased, cystically dilated glands decreased, microvessels in connective tissue increased, the secretion of mucus, hexosamine, PGE2, bFGF were enhanced, the expression of EGFR was increased.

替普瑞酮组和联合治疗组大鼠再生黏膜厚度增加、囊状扩张腺体数目减少，肉芽组织炎症细胞浸润数量减少、令微血管数量增加、胶原面积增加，黏膜中性黏液和氨基己糖分泌增多，血浆PGE2分泌增多，免疫组化染色中黏膜局部EGFR、bFGF阳性细胞表达增强。

Expression of TGF－β and bFGF was from mesenchymal cells, macrophages and multinuclear giant cells in the granulation tissue.
