RESULTS: The collapse was obvious at weeks 2 and 6 after modeling, with only few granulation tissues and fibrous tissues. No chondrocytes were observed. At weeks 12 and 18, fibrous tissues were found at the defect site, and bone tissue and cartilage proliferation was observed at the bottom and margin. However, it was greatly different from normal cartilage. Moreover, there was still no chondrocytes.

结果：实验兔后腿关节的股骨髁关节面的关节软骨缺损后，在制模后2，6周缺损部位凹陷明显，只有少许肉芽组织和纤维组织生长填充，未见软骨细胞爬行生长，12，18周见缺损部位以纤维组织增生为主，底部及边缘可见骨组织和软骨增生，但是镜下形态仍与正常软骨组织区别较大，表面仍未见软骨细胞爬行生长。

Ovoalbumin-induced rat feet edema was significantly decreased by QLS with the doses of 35 and 70.0 mg·kg-1·d-1 (P.05).Cotton pellet-induced rat granuloma was significantly decreased by QLS with the doses of 35.0 and 70.0 mg·kg-1·d-1 (P.05 or P.01 ) and the granuloma inhibitory rates were 32.40 % and 35.65 %,respectively.

结果：QLS 3个剂量组均不同程度地抑制小鼠耳肿胀度，与空白对照组比较，50及100 mg·kg-1·d-1 QLS组小鼠耳肿胀度均明显减小（P.05或P.01），对小鼠耳肿胀的抑制率分别为53.97%和60.09%；QLS 35.0及70.0 mg·kg-1·d-1组均显著抑制大鼠足肿胀（P.05），且对棉球所致肉芽组织增生有明显的抑制作用（P.05或P.01），大鼠肉芽肿的抑制率分别为32.40 %和35.65 %。

Results ①The mean value of wound healing time of group A, B and C was 10.4±1.0、17.8±1.6、11.4±1.3 days respectively.②The granulation of group A and C filled wound area at 4th～5th day after injury; The granulation of group B began to grow into the wound area under necrotic cartilage at 10th day after injury ③The mean value of elevating height of group A, B and C was 1.20±0.56、1.68±0.73、1.15±0.50 mm respectively. Conclusion Removing perichondrium and reserving cartilage results in big scar.

结果：①A、B、C三组平均创面愈合时间分别为(10.4±1.0)天、(17.8±1.6)天、(11.4±1.3)天，三组之间统计学比较有显著差异；②A、C两组伤后4～5天肉芽组织充满创面，B组在伤后第10天，肉芽组织开始在坏死软骨下向中心生长；③A、B、C三组瘢痕隆起高度为(1.20±0.56)mm、(1.68±0.73)mm、(1.15±0.50)mm，B组与A、C组统计学比较有显著差异。

After the expression completed, BMP and TGF－β were distributed in the chondral matrix and granulation tissues. The bFGF was mainly distributed around non－active mesenchymal cells in the granulation tissues.

表达后BMP、TGF-β较均匀分布于软骨基质以及肉芽组织间质中，bFGF 主要分布于肉芽组织中非活跃的间质细胞周围。

Granular myringitis is a disease which treatment method. This report rcveals that treating granular myringitis with surgery may achieve high successful rate (100%, 14 cases /14 cases). So the surgical treatment is one of the most effective methods to cure the granular myringitis, if we ignore its complexity and accidental perforation of ear drum during the surgery (28%, 4 cases/ 14 cases).

肉芽性鼓膜炎发生的原因迄今未明，且仍未有单一种的治疗方法可治愈所有的此类病例，然而本研究结果显示以手术去除鼓膜上的肉芽组织的方法，虽然较复杂且有导致手术中鼓膜意外穿孔的机率（28%，4/14 cases），但是术后成功率高（100%，14/14 cases），故手术疗法为治愈肉芽性鼓膜炎的好方法之一。

From 1982 to 1988, 14 cases (8 females and 6 males) with granular myringitis had been operated under local anesthesia, and used an operation microscope to remove all the granulation tissue which existed over the ear drums. After we had removed the granulation tissue over the ear durms, we had performed free ear canal skin autograft for 8 cases – group A, and we had performed temporalis fascia with free ear canal skin autograft for 4 cases (small perforation was made by accident during the surgery due to large granulated area,﹥50%)– group B, but we had covered silastic sheet over the denuded drum surface for the other 2 cases –group C.

14例肉芽性鼓膜炎为自民国71年至77年间的住院手术病人，皆在耳局部麻醉后，於显微镜下刮除鼓膜上所有肉芽组织，其中8例於刮除鼓膜上所有肉芽组织后有移植外耳道的皮肤－A组，另外4例则因鼓膜上肉芽组织范围大於50%以上，致手术中意外地造成鼓膜小穿孔，需立刻加铺颞肌膜后，再移植外耳道的皮肤－B组，其余2例则只在刮除鼓膜上的肉芽组织后，直接铺上一块矽胶片－C组。

In order to further investigate the relationship of SP and ESCs, we design two level experiments —in vitro and in vivo. In vivo, firstly, We establish the nomal rat full-thickness wounds model, and employ integrin β1 keratin 19(K19)、 keratin 15(K15)、 Brdu as ESCs markers to conform the existence of ESCs in the granulation tissue of Group Capsaicin (rats were subcutaneously injected capsaicin pre-injury to damage sensory neuron and block the secretion of neuropeptides), Group Control, and Group SP (rats were injected SP in the wound postinjury). Secondly, as diabetic skin lacking of SP due to extensive pathological changes of sensory ending, we make a hypothesis:one of the main reason of unhealing wounds on diabetic patients could be insufficient SP which lead to fewer ESCs recruitment around wounds.

在此基础上，为进一步验证P物质促进表皮干细胞向肉芽组织中募集这一重要发现，本研究首先利用β1整合素、K19、K15等干细胞标记物以及干细胞慢周期性的特点，分别在体观察了正常皮肤伤口愈合过程中SP组、辣椒素组采用特异性感觉神经毒性药物辣椒素(capsaicin皮下预注射化学性除去感觉神经从而阻止神经肽分泌、对照组肉芽组织中表皮干细胞分布特点；其次，糖尿病患者皮肤存在周围末梢神经的损伤和神经肽含量的下降，这是否会导致糖尿病皮肤伤口创缘表皮干细胞募集不足，继发伤口难愈？

After bleeding sloped, the hemoglobin amount in films or gauzes were measured to determine the hemostatic effect Using a randomized design, one incision in each animal was treated with C-CM membrane, the influence of C-CM film on the growth of bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 27853. Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. Monil lia albicans ATCC 14053)were observed in vitro with solid medium. Rusults: It was observed that C-CM membrane had no toxic effects on surrounding tissue and was slowly degraded after implanted into rat leg muscular porch ; The results of hemostatic experiment showed that C-CM film adhered well to incisions.

结果：C-CM膜植入动物肌肉中，周围组织无明显炎症，未发现组织变性和坏死，可在组织内缓慢降解，具有良好的组织相容性，6周后反应接近外科缝合丝线组；止血实验结果发现：C-CM膜组和纱布组的出血时间分别为83.5±9.333s和117±15.9275s，血红蛋白光度吸收值为0.9204±0.7559和1.9764±0.7205，二组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)，说明C-CM膜有一定的止血作用；促进创面愈合实验结果显示：不同时间段C-CM膜组肉芽组织较对照组厚，其中胶原纤维含量亦较多，C-CM膜组的创面愈合时间早于空白对照组，伤口愈合较快；抑菌实验显示C-CM膜对三种菌产生接触性抑制。

Methods: using number one fumigate-washing prescription, jieeryin, PP powder and physiologic saline cure respectively the wound of the experiment Jimpy mice which have suffered form anus operation. Then we observed the bacterial number of granulation tissue, the content of hydroxyproline, and the emerging of granulation tissue at the fifth day after operation, and the change of granulation tissue at the seventh and fourteenth days after operation.

以熏洗一号、洁尔阴、PP粉、生理盐水分别治疗小鼠实验性肛旁手术伤口，观察各组小鼠伤口肉芽组织中细菌数、羟脯氨酸量、术后第5天肉芽组织出现情况、7和14天肉芽组织肉眼及病理学变化。
