肉芽瘤

Results: There were 18 cases of astrocytomas, 2 cases of cavernous angioma, 1 cases of hemangioblastoma, 1 cases of dermoid cyst, 1 cases of syringopontia, 1 cases of inflammatory granuloma accompanied with hecrosis and 1 cases of AVM of brain stem in 25 cases.

结果 25例病人中，星形细胞瘤18例，海绵状血管瘤2例，血管母细胞瘤1例，表皮囊肿1例，桥脑空洞症1例，炎性肉芽肿组织伴坏死1例，脑干AVM 1例。

Objective To investigate the action of GoLiLingSan on anti-inflammation and anti-carcinogen.Methods The model of acute inflammation was made on rats or mice by xylol,croton oil and carrageen in the model of chronic inflammation was made by cotton-pellets,and the model of tumor was made by S 180 and H 22 .The action of anti-inflammation,anti-carcinogen and the rate of life extension were observed.

目的 探讨高丽灵散的抗炎及抗癌作用方法用二甲苯、巴豆油、角叉菜胶造成、小鼠急性炎症模型；用棉球肉芽肿造成小鼠癌症模型，用S 180 、H 22 瘤株造成小鼠癌症模型，观察高丽灵散的抗炎、抗癌作用及生命延长率。

Methods The model of acute inflammation was made on rats or mice by xylol,croton oil and carrageen in the model of chronic inflammation was made by cotton-pellets,and the model of tumor was made by S 180 and H 22 .The action of anti-inflammation,anti-carcinogen and the rate of life extension were observed.

用二甲苯、巴豆油、角叉菜胶造成大、小鼠急性炎症模型；用棉球肉芽肿造成小鼠癌症模型，用S 180 、H 22 瘤株造成小鼠癌症模型，观察高丽灵散的抗炎、抗癌作用及生命延长率。

Pathological diagnosis as follows: Chon- droblastoma (3 cases), giant cell tumor of bone (3 eases), fibrous dysplasia (2 cases), non-ossifying fibroma (1 case), and esosinophilic granuloma of bone (1 case).

材料和方法：经手术病理和临床活检证实共10例，其中成软骨细胞瘤和骨巨细胞瘤各3例，骨纤维异常增殖症2例，非骨化性纤维瘤和嗜酸性肉芽肿各1例。

Most aneurysms specimens showed structure changes, including injury of endothelial cell, disrupture or disappearance of the internal elasticlayer, scarce of contractile fiber cells.

动脉瘤瘤壁中有不同程度的单个核细胞成分的浸润(淋巴细胞或单核/巨噬细胞样细胞)，尤其在"中膜"层或"中膜"与内膜交界处较为明显，同时，在细胞集中区伴有数量不等的新生的营养血管，以上改变类似"肉芽组织"样改变。

Results 7of22cases were angiomyolipoma,6were xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis,4were multilocular cystic nephroˉma,2were leiomyoma of kidney,2were renal abscess,one case were renal fibrolipoma.

结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾多发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

结果 误诊为肾癌的良性占位病变22例，其中肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤合并出血7例，局灶型黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎6例，肾发性囊性肾瘤4例，肾平滑肌瘤2例，肾脓肿2例，肾纤维脂肪瘤1例。

结果：14例都经手术病理证实、其中4例外伤、3例肉芽肿性炎症、3例精原细胞瘤、2例睾丸结核、2例隐睾（1例并发精原细胞瘤），CT都存在具有诊断价值的征象。

结果 ：附睾慢性炎症 15例、结核 13例、囊肿 15例、精子性肉芽肿 14例、梭形细胞型横纹肌肉瘤、腺样瘤及乳头状囊腺瘤各 1例，手术效果良好。结论：附睾的恶性肿瘤少见。附睾肿块的诊断以临床表现、体检和病理检查为主，手术仍是有效的治疗方法。
