The malignant tumors included osteogenic osteosarcoma,metastasis tumor(six patients,two with pathologic fractures),chondrosarcoma,malignant fibrous histiocytoma (three patients,one with pathologic fracture),fibrosarcoma,and solitary myeloma.all patients received limb savage procedure with custom knee prosthesis including sevnteen cases of hinge joint and twentyone cases of posterior stability joints.

回顾分析我院接受定制型人工关节置换进行保肢治疗的股骨远端肿瘤患者38 例，其中良性肿瘤9 例，分别是骨巨细胞瘤7例(复发性骨巨细胞瘤5 例，骨折2例)，骨巨细胞瘤合并动脉瘤样骨囊肿1 例，骨母细胞瘤1 例；恶性肿瘤29 例，分别是成骨性骨肉瘤16 例，转移性肿瘤6例(骨折2例)，软骨肉瘤2 例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤3例(骨折1例)，纤维肉瘤1 例，局灶性骨髓瘤1 例。

Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with SS(including liomysarcoma 44 cases,malignant lymphosarcoma 11 cases,neurofibrosarcoma 2 cases,liposarcoma 1 case) were analysed.

In conclusion ,the results of this study showed that the inducing agent HMBA could effectively inhibit the proliferation activity of the human ostosarcoma MG-63 cells,cause the arrest of G0/G1 phase, reverse the malignant phenotype characters,upregulate expression of the osteoblat-like phenotype markers including collagen,osteocalcin,osteonectin , facilitated the formation of bone nodule .

本研究的结果表明HMBA能够有效抑制人成骨肉瘤MG-63细胞增殖活动，改变肿瘤增殖核抗原表达，将细胞周期阻滞在G0/G1期，逆转人成骨肉瘤细胞恶性表型特征，在促进终末分化标志物Ⅰ型胶原纤维蛋白、骨钙蛋白、骨粘素的表达同时，促进骨结节生成，从而说明HMBA能够诱导人成骨肉瘤MG-63细胞终末分化，并且Rg1、BPO-L、Rg1+BPO-L以及Rg1+HMBA等均具有终末诱导分化能力。

Clinical diagnostic considerations ranged from benign entities such as rhabdomyoma, intramuscular lipoma, fibromatosis, myositis ossificans, proliferative myositis, inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor, and inflammatory myopathy to malignant entities such as rhabdomyosarcoma, leiomyosarcoma, liposarcoma, and lymphoma.

这些病例的临床考虑多样，有良性的横纹肌瘤、肌内脂肪瘤、纤维瘤病、骨化性肌炎、增生性肌炎、炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤和炎性肌病，也有恶性的横纹肌肉瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、脂肪肉瘤和淋巴瘤。

To search for the significance of immunohistochemical markers for the differential diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcoma and the clinical impact of different subtypes of rhabdomyosarcoma on prognosis.

目的 ：探讨横纹肌肉瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中免疫组织化学标记的意义及不同类型横纹肌肉瘤对预后的影响。方法：应用病理形态学和免疫组化方法对 47例横纹肌肉瘤进行研究。

The other cancers with shorter follow up had three years overall and event free survival as follow: 75% and 62% for Medulloblastoma, 74% and 67% for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, 100% and 91% for extracranial Germ Cell Tumour, 30% and 20% for advanced neuroblastoma, 68% and 52% for Ewing's Sarcoma, 87% and 79% for Wilms' Tumour, 82% and 80% for Osteosarcoma, 56% and 45% for Rhabdomyosarcoma, and 60% and 50% for Hepatoblastoma respectively.

In this study, immunohistochemical staining was performed with antibodies against D2-40, S100, pankeratin, epithelial membrane antigen, brachyury, and glial fibrillary acidic protein in 4 cases of chordoid glioma, 6 skeletal myxoid chondrosarcomas, 10 chordoid meningiomas, 16 extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma, 18 chordomas, 22 low-grade chondrosarcomas, and 27 enchondromas.
