The strain BEB2 of endophytic Bacillus isolated from banana was identified as Bacillus subtilis according to its homology analysis of 16S rDNA sequence. The temperature, pH and medium had a significant impact to the inhibition of BEB2 to the banana wilt disease.

利用聚合酶链式反应方法对细菌BEB2做进一步的分子鉴定，并研究不同温度、pH值和培养基下BEB2发酵液对香蕉枯萎病菌生长的抑制能力，以及应用BEB2对香蕉枯萎病进行防治测试。

收集70例COPD患者和70例健康人空腹外周血，提取全血细胞DNA，采用聚合酶链式反应－限制性片段长度多态性法检测两组SOD1-3基因的多态性。

The total RNA of viruses isolated was extracted from the Hantavirus-infected Vero-E6 cells and the S-segment cDNA of Hantavirus was obtained by RT-PCR. This gene fragment was then cloned into plasmid vector pUCm-T and sequenced afterwards by using the DNA STAR software for comparison.
