It is prepared through preparing the materials including alpha-silicon nitride crystal whisker, deionized water as solvent, polyethylene imine as dispersant, PVA as adhesive, propylene glycol as plasticizer and ammonium tetramethyl chloride to regulate pH value; mixing; twice ball milling and post-treatment.

所述浆料的制备方法是：加入α-氮化硅晶须，以去离子水为溶剂，以聚乙烯亚胺为分散剂，聚乙烯醇作为粘结剂，丙二醇作为增塑剂；加入四甲基氯化铵来调节料浆的pH值；制备步骤包括配料、混合、两次球磨及后处理工序。

The result showed that, rutile TiO2 was well consistent with carrier resin, so the prepared masterbatch had glabrous of surface, and application was better than acute TiO2; the masterbatch was prepared by using polymerization PE wax, whose application is better than masterbatch prepared by using other PE wax, such as hiding power of the film, whiteness of the templet; dispersion of TiO2 was uniformity, and application was improved, in particular hiding power and tinctorial power by adding PPA and nanocalcium carbonate in masterbatch.

结果表明，浓PE白色母粒的加工制备，样品中金红石型钛白粉与载体树脂相容性较好，载体树脂仍能形成连续相，制备出表面光洁的色母粒，且应用性能较优于锐钛型钛白粉；聚合型聚乙烯蜡制备的浓白色母粒，薄膜透过率较低，光密值较大，母粒的遮盖力强，注塑样板的白度高，母粒的着色力强，应用性能优于其它聚乙烯蜡；浓白色母粒中加入PPA和纳米碳酸钙，使钛白粉粒子的分散均匀，提高了母粒的着色力、遮盖力等应用性能。

The sequence of effects of these three dispersants on the stability of ITO suspension is PVP＞β-alanine＞triammonium citrate, which is in agreement with the sequence of their acidity and alkalinity in the suspension.

结果表明：3种分散剂分散机制均为静电和空间位阻稳定作用；在相对ITO粉体质量比为5%、最佳球磨分散时间为48 h时，在15 d内ITO浆料的RSH可维持在10%以内；3种分散剂对ITO浆料稳定性的影响由强至弱的顺序为：聚乙烯吡咯烷酮＞β-丙氨酸＞柠檬酸三铵，与其在溶液中酸碱性强弱顺序一致，其中聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的分散效果最好。
