Taking acryl amide, dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride, acrylic acid as the monomer, amphoteric polyacrylamide was prepared by solution copolymetization. The effect of reaction conditions on the molecular weight and flocculation performance of AMPAM was studied.

以丙烯酰胺、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、丙烯酸为单体，用溶液共聚法制备两性聚丙烯酰胺，研究了反应条件对两性聚丙烯酰胺分子量及絮凝性能的影响。

In this paper the emulsion of polyacrylamide was synthesized in the polyglycol solutions, acryl amide and acrylic acid sodium was used as the monomer. In more detail, we investigated the effect of the concentration of the monomers, the ratio of monomer and PEG, the ratio of monomers, temperature, and emulsifier on the stability of the HPAM emulsion and the molecular weight of the HPAM.

为了提高聚丙烯酰胺相对分子质量，以丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸钠为原料，在聚乙二醇水溶液中合成了聚丙烯酰胺水包水乳液，考察了初始单体质量分数、共聚单体与聚乙二醇摩尔比、共聚单体摩尔比、聚合反应温度、乳化剂种类及其浓度对HPAM水包水乳液稳定性及相对分子质量的影响，所得共聚产物相对分子质量可达1.5×10^7。

Two inducible and extracellular chitosanases secreted by Penicillium sp. D-l were purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation as well as gel filtration. The purified enzymes of ChoA and ChoB had molecular masses of 93 and 21 kDa by SDS-PAGE. Both ChoA and ChoB have an acidic pH optimum, which were 4.0. The enzymes were stable over the pH range 3 to 5 for 1 h.

采用(NH_4)_2SO_4盐析法和凝胶过滤层析对Penicillium sp.D-1的壳聚糖酶进行分离提纯，得到两种壳聚糖酶，酶A经变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析，结果显示该酶的分子量约为93 kD；酶B经非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和SDS-PAGE分析，得出分子量约为21 kD。

In this paper, a new dyeable fine polypropylene filament whose dpf was less than 1 dtex has been prepared by admixing polyolefine additive to the polymer prior to melt extrusion and it was practically proved that the spinning process was stable.

本课题首次找到并合成了具有适宜分子量和分子量分布的聚烯烃类添加剂，将其加入到熔融的聚丙烯中，纺制出dpf小于1dtex的细旦可染聚丙烯长丝，并且纺丝过程稳定。

The isotactic polypropylene obtained with Et3 Al contained ethylene units when the ratio of Al to Ti was 150 at 100℃.However,the isotaetie polypropylenes obtained with i Bu3 Al and Hex3 Al at 100℃ did not contain isobutene and hexene units.

助催化剂为Et3Al聚合得到聚丙烯链结构中含有少量乙烯共聚单元；而助催化剂为Me3Al， i Bu3Al和Hex3Al聚合得到聚丙烯链结构中没有发现共聚单元。

The results show that the polymer determines the electricity conducting of coal filled polymer composites. The coal filled PP composites is an insulating material, and be independent of coal type, its direct current resistivity is above 10〓Ω·cm. The resistivity drops with the content of coal when using anthracite, but it is also above 10〓Ω·cm, and the surface modification of coal, especially alkylated, resumes the insulance of composites.
