Using 9 fluorenylmethylchloroformate as a pre column derivatising agent, nine aromatic amines ( o toluidine, 4 chloro o toluidine, aniline, 2,4,5 trimethylaniline, p cresidine, p chloroaniline, 4 aminodiphenyl, o anisidine, 2 naphthylamine,) are separated and a quantitative analysis method is studied by means of RP HPLC.

Results In 38 cases of tarry stools,the positive percentage is 60.5 by colloidal gold indicator paper,and the positive percentage is100 byorthotolidine method and tetramethyl benzidine indicator paper.In 16 cases of stomach strains the positive percentage is respectively 68.8,100 and 81.3 by above three methods.

结果：测试38例&柏油&样粪便标本，胶体金试纸阳性率为60.5％，邻联甲苯胺和尿隐血试纸均为100％；测试16份含红细胞的胃引流物标本，胶体金试纸阳性率为68.8％，邻联甲苯胺为100％，尿隐血试为81.3％。
