The properties of several rhodopsin sequences were analyzed by comparing withα2A-adrenergic receptor, and a great similarity was found between bovine rhodopsin andα2A-adrenergic receptor. Therefore transmembrane helices ofα2A-adrenergic receptor were constructed homologically based on the bovine rhodopsin.In the newly constructed structure, a 0.090 nm3 active-site, which was enclosed by several reported active residues, was found.

Good thermal stability and self-extinguishing behavior was observed with the cured polybenzoxazine resins. Second, furan-containing benzoxazine monomers, P-FBz, BPA-FBz, and 4FP-FBz were prepared using furfurylamine as a raw material. Formation of furfurylamine Mannich bridge networks in the polymerizations of P-FBz and BPA-FBz increased the cross-linking densities and thermal stability of the resulting polybenzoxazines. P-FBz and BPA-FBz- based polymers also exhibited high glass transition temperatures above 300℃, high char yields, and low flammability with a limited oxygen index value of 31. The dielectric (Dk3.21–3.39) and mechanical properties (high storage modulus of 3.0–3.9 GPa and low coefficient of thermal expansion of 37.7– 45.4 ppm) of the P-FBz and BPA-FBz-based polymers were superior or comparable to other polybenzoxazines. 4FP-FBz used for polybenzo- xazine modification by means of formation of benzoxazine hybridation with P-FBz.

第二部份以2-呋喃甲胺为起始物，制备了P-FBz、4FP-FBz与BPA-FBz 三个含呋喃官能基之氧代氮代苯并环己烷的单体；BPA-FBz与P-FBz於开环聚合中形成之Mannich bridge网状结构有效地提升聚氧代氮代苯并环己烷聚合物之交联密度与热安定性；Poly与Poly具有大於300℃之玻璃转移温度、高的焦炭生成率与具有31之极限氧指数(Limited oxygen index， LOI)的难燃性特质，Poly与Poly之介电常数(Dk=3.21~3.39)与机械性质[3.0~3.9 GPa的储存模数与37.7~45.4ppm之低热膨胀系数( Low coefficient of thermal expansion， Low CTE)]均较其他聚氧代氮代苯并环己烷为优；4FP-FBz具有低之介电常数(Dk=2.7)，以其作为降低介电常数之反应型改质剂，与P-FBz混成，证实可有效地降低Poly的介电常数。

It's the most basic monomer of the organic silane coupling agent,and the production material for semiconductor silicon and silicon; Manufacturing process of the tetrachlorosilane includes the reciprocal effect by the trichlorosilane steam and the hydric steam which has been heated up to 1700-2500SiCK by the plasma accelerator; the steam compound in the reactor goes into the condensing system that separates trichlorosilane. After that, polycrystalline silicon can be made.

The main findings of the empirical analysis include: 1 The decisions concern the choices of auto ownership, mode to work, and auto use were made simultaneously and interrelatedly. 2 The decline in correlation between the choices of auto ownership and use as the number of vehicle increase indicated that to own multi-vehicles in not necessary due to the demand for auto use. 3 Both price elasticity and income elasticity for auto ownership are low. This evidence implies that auto has become a kind of necessity for household. Therefore, the effect of decreasing the tendency of auto growth by means of increasing the cost of owning auto would not be significant. The price elasticities of auto use are between -0.48 and -0.78. 4 There are same underlying factors influencing auto ownership, mode to work, and auto use including: parking time at residential location, accessibilities to work location by auto and transit, auto use unit cost, and the percentage of auto use for work. These factors indicate a direction for the formatting of future automobile policies.

本研究以台湾地区之家户个体资料从事实证分析，实证分析之主要结论如下：1小汽车持有数量、工作者工作运具选择、与小汽车使用量等选择间确有相关与联立性存在；2小汽车持有数量选择与小汽车使用量选择间之相关性会随小汽车持有数量的增加而降低，显示选择持有多部小汽车并非完全基於小汽车使用之需要；3小汽车持有之价格弹性与所得弹性均偏低，显示小汽车已成为民生必需品，欲以提高小汽车持有成本之价格手段来抑制小汽车持有，并无法竟其功，小汽车使用需求之价格弹性则在-0.48与-0.78间；4影响小汽车持有数量、工作者工作运具、与小汽车使用量等选择主要之相关或共同因素包括：家户附近停车状况、私人运具与大众运输工具之工作可及性、小汽车单位使用成本、与小汽车工作使用比率等，以上这些影响因素可为日后小汽车相关政策的研拟提供一方向。
