We give the optimum chosen of spacing which is the ABLUE with maximum asymptotic relative efficiency based on complete sample when selected order statistics number is less than 10, and obtain its maximum asymptotic relative efficiency.

In this thesis the development status of MHD power generation technology is reviewed, and the key points constructing a MHD-steam combined cycle are investigated. A kind of flow train of coal gasified MHD-steam combined cycle system is put forward, which is different from previous ones. In this scheme one part of the high temperature flue gas out of MHD generator channel is utilized to gasify the coal, then the clean syngas is produced in the tail gasifier and the energy of high temperature flue gas is used effectively.

本论文评述了磁流体发电技术的发展现状，分析了磁流体—蒸汽联合循环发电系统构成的问题，提出了一种不同于前人研究的尾气煤气化磁流体—蒸汽联合循环的流程方案，该系统利用磁流体发电通道出来的尾气的一部分进行煤气化，这样既生成干净的燃料混合气体又利用了高温尾气的能量。

(1)血清MCP-1、VEGF水平在冠心病患者中显著升高，提示MCP-1、VEGF可能在促进冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的过程中起重要作用；(2)血清MCP-1、VEGF水平在对照组、各冠心病亚组(SAP、UAP、AMI组)之间逐级升高，提示MCP-1、VEGF可能增加了冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定性；(3)联合检测MCP-1、VEGF的灵敏度\特异度上升，证明临床上联合检测二者血清指标意义大；并且血清MCP-1、VEGF水平和7-TIMI积分呈正相关性，7-TIMI积分高的患者血清MCP-1、VEGF水平也高，说明它们能作为冠脉病变的活动性标志物，可能成为评价主要心血管恶性事件的危险性的相关指标。

Results The hela cells which transfected with HSV-TK and IL-12 gene was obviously changed in appearance after 24 hours which added GCV, but the normal control cells growthed prosperity. The survival rate of the hela cells which transfected with HSV-TK and IL-12 gene was fall-off with the plus of tile GCV. The killing effect of GCV for the hela cells transfected with HSV-TK and IL-12 gene was more strengthener than that for the normal cells.

结果 加入GCV后体外培养联合基因转染的Hela细胞，24h后细胞明显发生形态上改变，正常对照组细胞生长旺盛；随着GCV剂量的加大，转染联合基因的Hela细胞的存活率呈逐渐下降的趋势，GCV对转染细胞的杀伤作用较对正常细胞的杀伤作用明显增强。

The researcher provides suggestions for further development in the following eight respects:(1) promote the union catalog of ISBNnet to libraries with limited human resources so as to improve the administration efficiency;(2) integrate the personalized service functions into the library acquisition system in order to provide customized alert services for new publication information;(3) embrace RSS into the library acquisition system to make it easy for library users to request real-time purchase recommendation;(4) add the mechanism for group learning to the library acquisition system to facilitate the sharing of professional knowledge and interaction;(5) appeal to the Central Trust of China in Taiwan to amend the regulation on order arrival rate in the Inter-Entity Supply Contract;(6) advocate the union catalog to include bibliographic records of publications in languages other than Chinese;(7) encourage the library to launch more practices of e-services to enhance administrative efficacy;(8) improve the quality of other library services by employing the action research method in library practices.

本研究并提出八点建议：(1)将全国新书资讯网联合出版书目推广到人力资源缺乏的学校，以提升行政效能；(2)联合出版书目的模式，可推行到其他语文领域；(3)图书采访系统可纳入个人化功能，便於整理个人书讯；(4)图书采访系统可纳入RSS功能，便於读者的即时荐购；(5)图书采访系统可纳入群体学习机制，彼此分享、互动成长；(6)中央信托局的中文图书共同供应契约应纳入到书率的规范；(7)图书馆应导入更多的e化服务，以提高行政效能；(8)应用行动研究法於推动图书馆其他业务的改善，以提升服务品质。

The researcher summarizes three major conclusions as follows. First, 88% of library users suggest the purchase of library materials by utilizing the union catalog, a bibliographic database of ISBNnet, developed by the National Central Library of Taiwan. This method helps increase the reservation of new arrivals on the New Book Display, from the rate of 1.48% to 5.59%. Evidently, the use of the union catalog of ISBNnet as the bibliographic source of library acquisition improves the quality of library collection. Second, with the launch of the Book Recommendation System, it requires only a single staff to deal with the duplication check of book copies; meanwhile, it reduces dramatically the chances of careless purchase of multiple copies of a single work from the rate of 31.23% to 3.53%. Finally, the acquisition model of Inter-Entity Supply Contract shortens the lead time from some time between 55 and 90 days to 36 days in the library acquisition procedures.

对於以行动研究应用於台东大学图书馆图书采购流程之变革，以及从而开发出「台东大学图书馆中文新书荐购系统」之使用状况，研究者提出四点结论：(1)有88%的读者利用全国新书资讯网的联合出版书目荐购给图书馆；新书展示被预约率由1.48%提升到5.59%，显见利用联合出版书目做为图书采访来源，有助於馆藏品质的提升；(2)图书馆导入e化服务，一个人即可处理最繁杂的复本查核，同时让复本率由31.23%降低到3.53%，节省人力成本的支出；(3)中文图书共同供应契约的采购模式，新书进馆时程由55-90天缩短到36天；(4)行动研究法应用於图书馆业务改善，确实有效提升图书馆的服务品质及效能。
