In dynamic test, the microorganisms-aquatic plant systems have also appeared better effect on freshet, and the removal rate of TN,TP and CODCr, was 64%,69% and 81%, respectively.

利用接种高效微生物菌剂促进填料快速挂膜，并和水生植物联合作用去除水体中的氮磷等污染物，在静态水体下研究达到最佳去除效率的时间，并在连续流试验下对比分析不同浓度下的去除效率，根据静态模拟试验结果表明，在不曝气，自然复氧条件下，CODCr和TN的最终去除率分别为84.3%和71.4%，TP最高去除率为62.9%，DO也从2mg/L稳定的升高到7mg/L左右；在连续流模拟试验结果表明，该系统对雨后入湖的河水中TN、TP及CODcr的去除率分别稳定在近64%，69%和81％以上。
