本文采用有限元分析的方法，在对纯弯矩作用下无缺陷三通进行研究的基础上，详细地研究了单一弯矩及不同比例内压弯矩联合作用时底部减薄缺陷对三通塑性极限载荷的影响。

Nano-Fe_3O_4 can induce DNA single-strand breaks without significancy and can not induce micronuclei formation and percentage of apoptosis. Nano-Fe_3O_4 can aggravate the effect of CdCl2 on DNA single-strand breaks and chromosome damage in HepG2 cells. They showed synergistic effects on DNA single-strand breaks after the data were statistic analyzed.

结果发现CdCl2能引起DNA断裂损伤、微核率的增加和细胞凋亡率的增加；nano-Fe_3O_4能引起DNA断裂损伤增加，但无显著意义，未引起微核率和细胞凋亡率的增加；nano-Fe_3O_4能加重CdCl2的对细胞DNA断裂损伤和染色体损伤，且二者联合作用对DNA断裂损伤的结果经统计分析认为有协同作用。

Results showed LC_(50) of divalent mercury to swordtail fish were 0.84, 1.35, 1.71mg/L in 24h, 48h and 96h respectively, while LC_(50) of tetravalent selenium to swordtail fish were 6.64, 12.59, 17.91mg/L respectively.

结果表明：Hg+2对剑尾鱼的 24、48、96 h的 LC50分别为 1.71、1.35、0.84mg/L；Se+4对剑尾鱼24、48、96 h的Lc50分别为17.91、12.59、6.64 mg/L；在浓度和毒性比都为1∶1的条件下，24 h都表现联合作用，而48 h、96 h则为拮抗作用。
