联合作用

The effects of combinations of iv physostigmine and ith morphine were more pronounced at early postoperative time. The potency of low dose combination was significantly greater than that of double doses of both drugs. The ﹪ MPE of the observed effects of all combinations was significantly higher than that of the expected additive effects.

结果：毒扁豆碱术后1～3 h静注导致﹪MPE明显提高；毒扁豆碱与吗啡的联合给药效应在术后早期更明显；小剂量联合给药的镇痛作用明显大于双倍剂量单独给药的镇痛作用；联合给药的测得效应值明显大于估计叠加效应值。

Results:The reversal effectiveness of the modulator combinations was 2-3 times as much as that of each modulator alone.Synergistic interaction between Quin and DPM or Tam was greater than that between Quin and CsA.Quin combined with CsA increased intracellular DNR accumulation significantly as compared with either of them alone.

结果：逆转倍数是单用药的2-3倍，达到或超过单用2倍剂量的逆转效果，逆转剂间有联合协同作用，其中Quin与DPM或Tam联合的协同作用大于Quin与CsA联合，可增加细胞内DNR浓度。

Results The hela cells which transfected with HSV-TK and IL-12 gene was obviously changed in appearance after 24 hours which added GCV, but the normal control cells growthed prosperity. The survival rate of the hela cells which transfected with HSV-TK and IL-12 gene was fall-off with the plus of tile GCV. The killing effect of GCV for the hela cells transfected with HSV-TK and IL-12 gene was more strengthener than that for the normal cells.

结果 加入GCV后体外培养联合基因转染的Hela细胞，24h后细胞明显发生形态上改变，正常对照组细胞生长旺盛；随着GCV剂量的加大，转染联合基因的Hela细胞的存活率呈逐渐下降的趋势，GCV对转染细胞的杀伤作用较对正常细胞的杀伤作用明显增强。

Objective:in order to compare the curative effects of using lamirudine and thymosin together with using thymosin only to the paients of chronic hepatitis b.methods:we had chosen 27 medical cases of chronic hepatitis b,which were divided into two groups:15 cases asone group,and 12 cases as the other group.let group a take 100 mglamirudine orally,qd,with half a year as a period of treatment.at the same time givethe patients injections of 100 mg thymosin,qd,for a month.to group b was only takenlamirudine.alt,tbil,the indicators of the virosis of hepatitis b (hbsag,hbeag,hbv-dna)were observed as quatos.results: at the end of the treatment, the rates that groupa and group b made hbsag transform into negative were respectively 26.67% and 16.67%(p＞0.05);hbeag:33.33%,8.33%;hbv-dna:53.33%,33.33%(p＞0.05).conclusion:combining thymic peptide with 3tc to treat chronic type b hepatitis, thymic peptide will not only promote b-cell to mature and transformation, but also to keep the subpopulation of t-cell in immune system in balance, which can enhance the reaction of matured t-cell to the antigen or other stimulus.

目的：比较拉米夫定（3tc）与胸腺肽联用和单用拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：选择慢性乙型肝炎患者27例，分为联合组15例和拉米夫定组12例；联合组用拉米夫定100 mg，口服，qd，疗程半年，合并用胸腺肽100 mg，静滴，qd，疗程1个月。拉米夫定组单用拉米夫定。以谷丙转氨酶、血清胆红素、乙肝病毒标志物(hbsag，hbeag，hbv-dna)为观察指标，比较不同治疗方案对指标的影响。结果：治疗结束时联合组与拉米夫定组对慢性乙肝患者血清hbsag阴转率分别是26.67％和16.67％(p＞0.05)；hbeag阴转率分别是33.33％和8.33％(p＞0.05)；hbv-dna阴转率分别是53.33％和33.33％(p＞0.05)。结论：胸腺肽联合3tc治疗慢乙肝，胸腺肽具有促进t淋巴细胞的成熟和转化，并维持免疫系统各t淋巴细胞亚群间的平衡作用，能增强成熟t淋巴细胞对抗原或其他刺激的反应。

Objective To evaluate the effect of paclitaxel combined DDP on advanced breast cancer. Methods 26 cases of cytologically and pathologically confirmed advanced breast cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy including paclitaxal and DDP the cardinal drug. 10 out of 26 patients received no previous treatment.

目的 评价紫杉醇联合顺铂对晚期乳腺癌的治疗作用方法采用紫杉醇联合顺铂的联合方案，治疗晚期乳腺癌26例，初治患者10例，余16例均行根治术以后行辅助性放化疗后复发和转移的患者，其中有2例在复发转移后曾用过ADM、CTX、5-FU联合化疗。

Abstract］ objective to observe the effects of indapamide and losartan alone and combined treatment on the elder patients with hypertension,hypokalemia,hyperglycemia,uric acid,lipid,ect.methods one hundered and fifty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups,with each of 50 cases.the levels of blood pressure,hypokalemia,blood sugar,uric acid,lipide were examined before and after treatment.results after 8 weeks the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower.antihypertensive treatment group is the best,the levels of hypokalemia is lower after treatment in the indapamide group,the levels of uric acid is also lower in the losartan group and antihypertensive group.conclusion losartan and indapamide combined treatment not only coordinate to decrease blood pressure but also reduce uric acid,reduce the effect of hypokalemia caused by indapamide.

目的 观察氯沙坦与吲哒帕胺单独应用或联合用药对原发性高血压患者血压、血钾、血糖、尿酸、血脂的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的150例老年高血压患者电脑随机分为3组，每组50例，进行用药前后自身对照试验，8周后检测各组血压、血钾、血糖、尿酸、血脂值。结果 3组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均较前明显降低，联合治疗组降压幅度最大，氯沙坦组和联合治疗组治疗后尿酸值较治疗前降低，吲哒帕胺组治疗后血钾值较治疗前降低。结论氯沙坦与吲哒帕胺联合应用不仅具有协同降压作用，而且能降低尿酸，减轻吲哒帕胺引起的低钾血症。
