联合作用

Objective : To investigate the biological effect and function mechanism of sodium arsenite (NaAsO_2) and sodium fluoride in human lymphocyte in vitro and provide the basis for further study.

目的：观察氟、砷单独及联合作用对正常人淋巴细胞的生物学影响，为探讨氟砷联合作用对机体免疫功能的影响规律及其作用机制提供科学依据。

结果表明：酵母菌和霉菌联合作用于食物垃圾可以提高其粗蛋白含量，且粗蛋白含量随反应时间的延长而增加；康宁木霉3.2774与发酵水解液废液酵母2.570联合作用时效果最好，反应48h后，食物垃圾样品的粗蛋白含量增加了5.09%，相对增量达34.56%，因此可以选择这2种菌种作为食物垃圾固态发酵生产微生物蛋白饲料的优选复合菌种。

The inhibitory effect of different component from the filtrate of two antagonists was tested: the polysaccharose, crude fat, and protein produced by Gvirens had inhibitory activity to the spore germination of P.funerea, and the crude fat and protein was more significant, the protein more stable. The crude fat from B.firmus could completely inhibit the Rfunerea's spore germination, the inhibitory effect of polysaccharose and protein also was stable, but polysaccharose more excellent.

G.virens与B.firmus的亲合性研究显示，G.virens发酵滤液在70％浓度以下对B.firmus的生长繁殖无明显抑制作用，在70％以上浓度，B.firmus的生物量有所下降；而B.firmus发酵滤液对G.virens的生长繁殖无明显抑制作用，这种状况有利于二者在植物病害生物防治中协同作用的发挥，表明了两种微生物在松赤枯病生物防治中联合作用的可能性。

The survival rates of CEM cells cultured with cis-diamminedichicloroplatinum added 24 h later were higher than that cultured with hTERT ASODN and DDP added 24 h later. The survival rates of CEM cells cultured with DDP were similar with that cultured with hTERT SOND and DDP. In morphological observation of apoptotic cells using Giemsa staining, cells treated with DDP or DDP combined with hTERT ASODN ro SODN at 48 h, displayed classic apoptotic changes. Apoptosis rates of CEM cells treated with DDP for 48 h after 24 h of exposure to ASODN significantly increased. There was significant difference in the percentage of apoptotic cells of CEM cells between hTERT ASODN plus DDP and SODN plus DDP or DDP alone, respectively.

结果： hTERT ASODN作用于CEM细胞24 h再加入柔红霉素、长春新碱、足叶乙甙，对细胞生长的抑制分别与单用柔红霉素、长春新碱、足叶乙甙及hTERT正义寡核苷酸联合柔红霉素、长春新碱、足叶乙甙组相比，统计学上无显著差异(P＞0.05)。hTERT反义核酸作用于CEM细胞24 h加入顺铂，再共同作用48 h，CEM活细胞均数为2.318×108 cells/L，与单用顺铂组(3.250×108 cells/L)及hTERT正义核酸联用顺铂组(3.175×108 cells/L)相比，对细胞抑制明显增强(P＜0.05)。hTERT ASODN作用于CEM细胞24 h再加入顺铂作用48 h，细胞出现典型的凋亡形态学改变。hTERT ASODN与2.5 μmol/L顺铂联合作用于CEM细胞48 h的凋亡细胞百分率(19.47%)分别同SODN与顺铂联合作用组(6.97%)、单用顺铂作用组(6.02%)进行比较有显著差异(P＜0.01)。

Objective: This experimental study is based on earlier animal and clinical experiment, drawn thinkings of combinations with two methods and pursued a synthesis method of high-efficiency, cheap and convenient calcium and exercise treatment. We adopt taking natural-clam's casing powder and preconcereted-intensity excises to intervene shape of osteoporosis in gelded rats, than we compare the indexes such as the biomechanics indexes of the right femur and the third lumbar vertebrae, the weight and uterus quotiety of rats before the experiment to these indexes after the experiment. We hope to find better and suitable way to prevent and treat the postmenopausal osteoporosis and offer reference for clinic.

目的 本实验的主要目的是在前期动物实验的基础上，引入两种方式联合干预的思维，立足于探求既高效又经济、方便的补钙剂加上与运动疗法相联合的方式，对切除雌性大鼠卵巢而复制成的骨质疏松症模型进行服用天然贝类蛤蜊壳粉，同时施以预定强度的运动刺激的方法，再通过试验前后大鼠体重、子宫指数的变化及大鼠股骨和椎体生物力学指标的对比变化进行分析，以期探索出防治绝经后骨质疏松症的更好的、更适宜于大众的手段；并为天然钙剂和运动联合作用防治PMOP提供参考。

EROD and ECOD are both phase I enzymes. There were complicated relations of time-effect and dose-effect between EROD activity and exposure of BaP, TBT or their mixture. Antagonistic interactions occurred after 25 days exposure to the mixure of BaP and TBT. It is fuzzy to merely use EROD activity as biomarker to assess PAHs or TBT pollution.

相解毒酶EROD活性与BaP、TBT及其混合物污染之间存在较为复杂的时间-效应与剂量-效应关系，而且在暴露25 d后，联合作用表现为拮抗作用，仅仅以EROD酶活性指标衡量环境中BaP、TBT或者二者的联合污染水平会出现失真现象。

The compatibility of both Gvirens and B.firmus was researched. The fermentation filtrate of Gvirens , under the concentration of 70%, had not distinct inhibitory activity to B.firmus, the biomass of B.firmus would decrease with above the 70% filtrate of Gvirens, but the fermentation filtrate of B.firmus had not inhibitive role to Gvirens. 7, The cooperation control of both Gvirens and B.firm to the pine needle blight was explored:(1) Pathogen inoculation happened prior to the bio-control treatment for 7 days, however, the disease index and control effect had not distinct differences in any treatments even if combination of the two antagonists, but the susceptibility for different kind of pine were different.(2)when antagonist and pathogen were inoculated at the same time, some control effect to the pine needle blight, including certain extent cooperation control of both Gvirens and B.firm were proved, but it wasn't distinct when two antagonists used separately, and the change of the antagonist concentration had little effect to the control effect.

G.virens与B.firmus对松赤枯病的协同控制显示：(1)预先接种病菌后(7天)再进行生物防治处理，不管那种情况，感病指数和防治效果在处理间差异不明显，浓度影响无显著差异，即使是两种生防制剂联合作用也未显著提高其防效，但不同树种间的感病性有明显差异；(2)领抗菌与病原菌同时接种，对松赤枯病有一定防治效果，两菌联合有一定的协同作用，两菌分别单独施用防效差异不显著，浓度变化对防效影响不大；(3)预先接种颇抗菌能显著提高防治效果，两菌联合处理防效更优，感病树种的感病指数可降至13一15，抗病树种的感病指数可控制在3%左右；在同一浓度下B.f1'r功US、叹叮厂即s间无显著差异，在同一领抗菌下，浓度愈高，防效愈高：松，(4)三种生防接种方式的平均效果分析表明，叹F行ens最高平均防效49.5%黑 B。
