目的 了解糖尿病患者微量白蛋白尿、高血压知晓率、ACEI的应用情况以及微量白蛋白尿的知晓率与职业的关系方法 7家医疗单位对2650例糖尿病病人进行调查、测血压，包括糖尿病病史、职业、有无慢性肾功能衰竭、尿微量白蛋白检测、及ACEI应用情况。
