Methods: Retrospective study include 15 cases of auricle deformities during July 2003 to March 2008 was carried out.

选择2003年7月～2008年3月住院的耳廓缺损15例患者，其中先天性小耳畸形12例，外伤后耳廓缺损3例。

The results showed that mice in the photoallergy group pretreated with sulfanilamide and UV irradiation developed evident ear swelling at 24h after challenge and the histopathology was characteristic of DTH, while control mice showed no reaction, indicating that sulfanilamide is a kind of chemical with photoallergenicity.

结果显示，受试物对氨基苯磺酰胺仅在光变态反应组中于激发后24小时出现耳肿胀反应，耳组织学改变符合DTH的病理特征，在其余两个对照组中均不出现耳肿胀反应，证实为光变应性药物。

第三部分老年性聋模型小鼠C57BL/6耳蜗鼓阶外源基因Math1导入后出现毛细胞样细胞现象的观察为了观察老年性聋C57BL/6小鼠(8月龄)耳蜗鼓阶外源基因Math1导入后能否在老年性聋的耳蜗微环境诱导出新生的毛细胞样细胞，为Math1基因治疗老年性聋进行探索性研究。

Results: Because of the early reparation,53 auriculae of patients were alive again.The ratio of success was 82.8%.The temperature,sense and appearance of the auriculae were normal.9 cases of auriculae were alive partially.

结果：53例经修复及再植后完全成活，温度及感觉正常，外观良好，成活率为82.8%。9例部分成活，占全部患耳的14.1%。2例失败，遗留明显耳廓畸形，以后行Ⅱ期耳廓整形术，占全部患耳的3.1%。

通过耳蜗灌注海人酸(kainic acid， KA)建立豚鼠耳蜗兴奋性损伤模型，在给KA 1周后利用HAT携带重组质粒进行耳蜗灌注以转染耳蜗螺旋神经节细胞，免疫组化法观察转染后1周NT-3的表达及4周后电镜下螺旋神经节细胞形态学变化，同时观察对听觉脑干诱发电位(auditory brain-stem response， ABR)的影响。

Results In three Hank's solution infused cochleas, the thresholds of IC potential were kept in the normal level and no hair cell loss was found 14 days after the beginning of the infusion, suggested that the pump implantation and Hank's solution infusion had no significant effects on the cochlear functions. In contrast, threshold shifts of IC potentials and hair cell loss were found in two BSO infused animals, suggested that the infused solution had distributed into the whole cochlea.

结果 应用渗透压泵耳蜗灌流Hank液后，下丘电位阈值维持正常，耳蜗毛细胞无损伤；灌流BSO液14天后，所测频率(1、 2、 4和8 kHz)的下丘电位阈值平均升高28 dB，内耳毛细胞平均缺失39.3%，缺失分布于耳蜗各回，表明渗透压泵工作良好。
