The result indicated: antibacterial concentration of inner thallus increased progressively with time prolongation when added CCCP with antibacteria, proved that multi-resistance of E.coli in livestock and avian is mediated really by active efflux system; The multi-resistant level have positive correlation with AcrAB transcription and expression level; Quantitive RT-PCR,Western-blotting and fluorescence quantitive PCR can use to detect AcrAB.these results provide theory foundation to detect and study multi-resistance of E.coli in veterinary clinic and have a important scientific significance to develop neotype antibacterials.

结果表明，多重耐药株在有CCCP 存在时，菌体内抗菌药物的浓度随时间的延长而递增，证明畜禽大肠杆菌多重耐药性确实由主动外排系统介导；其多重耐药水平与AcrAB的转录、表达水平呈现正相关；定量RT-PCR、Western-blotting、荧光定量PCR可用于AcrAB水平的检测。这些结果对检测临床大肠杆菌的多重耐药水平、对研究兽医临床大肠杆菌多重耐药机制提供理论依据，对开发新型抗菌药物有重要的科学意义。

Following purification by Ni affinity chromatography and stepwise renaturation by dialysis, rB7-B5 showed sound antimicrobial activity in porcine actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and antibiotics-resistant E. coli. The present study provides basis for the research and development of novel antibacterial preparations.

Result: In blood culture, Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 23.5％ remained in the first place, while Staphylococcus epidermidis fell to the third place. In group 2, Gram negative bacillus accounted for 58.8％ and Gram positive coccus 29.4％. In wound culture, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ranked the top (19.5％) while Staphylococcus aureous fell to the sixth, Gram negative bacillus accounted for 73.5％, Gram positive coccus 22.2％.

结果：两组比较，血培养显示铜绿假单孢菌继续保持第一位，占23.5％，表皮葡萄球菌退居第三位，其中第二组G－杆菌占58.8％，G＋球菌占29.4％；创面培养，铜绿假单孢菌上升至第一位，占19.5％，金黄色葡萄球菌退至第6位，其中第二组G－杆菌占73.5％，G＋球菌占22.2％。5年内重要菌群G－杆菌居首位，近3年常用抗菌药物如头孢他啶等耐药性较前2年明显增加。
