本文首次采用灯泵Nd：YAG脉冲激光进行焊接试验，并和硬钎焊获得的拆卸扭矩、焊缝金相组织、显微硬度等进行了综合对比，结果表明，激光焊接能很好地保证支架和支架轴固有的机械性能、耐磨性、加工与装配精度；激光焊连接可靠，耐拆卸扭矩大，符合整体结构性能要求；焊后无需后续处理，可以作为最终工序，验证了激光焊接的有效性、适用性。
