本试验筛选出8个黄瓜耐热品种，即：银星、日本春绿、极早三号、夏青四号、631—1、315、津研四号、白绿节，其中631-1在各生育期都表现出很强的耐热性。

N-phenyl maleimide,1-Phenyl-1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione,N-phenylmaleic imide、Maleimidobenzene is abbreviated NPMI or N-PMI,pale-yellow aciform crystals.The melting point is 88～92℃.NPMI is a kind of heat resisting organic monomer,and can increase material thermostability by raising intemal rotation resistance of macromolecular,using its special molecular struture.

N-苯基马来酰亚胺俗称&单马&，英文名称为；N-phenyl maleimide、1-Phenyl-1H-pyrrole-2，5-dione、N-phenylmaleic imide、Maleimidobenzene，英文缩写NPMI，淡黄色片状晶体，熔点为88～92℃，是近年发展起来的一种耐热有机单体，由于它具有五元环状平面结构，嵌入高分子链中可增加链的内旋阻力，从而提高材料的耐热性。

The results showed that the red pigment belonged to anthocyanidin, it was soluble in water, stable against heat treatment, light, acid and sugar concentration, tolerant to reduction, but sensitive to alkaline, oxidation and Fe(superscript 3+). The research also showed that acid medium is favorable for extraction. The pigments have more general stability in acid medium and have high ufility value.

结果表明：该色素为水溶性多酚类花色素，在不同的pH环境下显示不同的颜色；其耐热性、耐光性、耐酸、耐糖、耐还原性较好，但耐氧化性、耐碱性较差；Fe(上标 3+)对色素有破坏性；该色素的提取宜在酸性介质中进行，酸性条件下其综合稳定性较优，有较高的利用价值。

So in this paper,firstly the law of somaclonal variation of Lilium concolor,L.regale and L.henryi were investigated systematically from three ways, including Morphology,cytology and molecular biology.Secondly,breeding heat-resistant cultivars for Lilium regale was carried out.

因此本研究从体细胞无性系变异规律入手，选取了耐热性较好的原生种渥丹、岷江百合和湖北百合，从形态学、细胞学和分子生物学三方面进行了较为系统的研究，并在此基础上对岷江百合开展了体细胞无性系耐热选育工作。
