The refractoriness,room temperature strength and expansion coefficient of vitrified bonds with different Na2O content were investigated.

研究了陶瓷结合剂中Na2O的含量对陶瓷结合剂性能的影响。发现结合剂的耐火度随Na2O含量的增加而降低；结合剂中Na2O含量对由结合剂和金刚石磨料制得的力学试条的强度有很大影响，结合剂Na2O含量较低时，随Na2O含量的增加，力学试样抗弯强度提高。

This technique has two prominent problems: titanium"s burning loss and high temperature melt treatment (up 1873K). The author puts forward melting protective cover used by plant ash which can insulate air and enhance effect of heat preservation effectively. At the same time, the author chooses alkalinous magnesite for furnace lining which can avoid redox reaction between silicon oxide (SiO2) and titanium, improve fireproofness of furnace lining and decrease titanium"s burning loss ratio.

针对制备工艺的两个突出问题：Ti元素的烧损问题和高温熔体处理问题(1873K以上)，提出利用草木灰作为熔炼的覆盖剂，能有效地隔离空气，强化保温效果，同时选用碱性镁砂炉衬，提高了炉衬的耐火度，克服了酸性炉衬中SiO_2与Ti元素的氧化还原反应，降低了Ti元素的烧损率。

The experimental results show that: the failure mode of strengthened beam at elevated temperature can be classified as flexure failure mode or flexure-shear failure mode, and the failure mode of strengthened beam at high temperature may be different from that at room temperature; and although the load supported by the strengthened specimen is larger than that supported by the unstrengthened specimen, the fire resistance of the strengthened specimen is still larger than that of the unstrengthened specimen, due to the influence of fire insulation.

结果表明：高温下该类构件的破坏形态大致可分为受弯破坏和弯剪破坏两类，常温下发生弯曲破坏的加固构件有可能在高温下出现破坏形态的转变；虽然加固构件所承受的荷载明显大于未加固构件，前者由于防火涂料的保护，其耐火极限仍大于后者。

Effect of F(superscript -) on structure and properties of vitrified bond was analysed.

结果表明：在低熔陶瓷结合剂中引入适量的F可以降低结合剂的耐火度，提高结合剂对CBN的润湿性以及结合剂本身的抗折强度。F在玻璃网络中起断网作用，因此F加入量不能大于5%，否则会影响结合剂的综合性能。

In chapter three the performance and structure of components of oxygen probe were especially investigated. The Cr-Cr〓O〓 powder was overcome by treatments. The reason of occurrence of thermal peaks on the EMF curves was explained. A water glass based cement which high temperature insulation was around 10MΩ within 10 seconds at 1600℃ was developed for the use of oxygen probe. The effects of tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode on response time and thermal equilibrium in oxygen probe were investigated. The optimum tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode addition were determined. It is found that the heat transfer in oxygen galvanic cell is the rate limiting-step in the response process. The national oxygen probe WOS Ⅱ type was designed and manufactured. By three batches of industrial tests its specification reached the level of American Celox Ⅱ type oxygen probe.

在第三章中分别从参比电极、高温绝缘水泥、插接件等组元入手，着重分析了其性能和结构，开发出了适合于钢液定氧用的Cr-Cr〓O〓参比电极，解决了Cr-Cr〓O〓参比电极高温产生收缩问题，解释了电动势曲线产生峰值的原因；开发了适合于定氧测头使用的水玻璃基耐火水泥，其高温绝缘电阻在1600℃，10秒以内为10MΩ左右；同时对ZrO〓管头部厚度、参比电极量对响应时间的影响以及定氧测头中的热平衡进行了研究，得出了合适的ZrO〓管头部厚度和参比电极加入量，确定了氧浓差电池中的传热是响应过程的限速步骤；设计制造了国产WOSⅡ型定氧测头，进行了三次现场定氧测试，其技术指标达到了美国Celox型定氧测头的水平。
