Construction yeast and plant expression vector with original gene and mutated gene, transferred into tobacco plant by electroporation and Agrobacterium mediated transformation respectively, validating genic function. 成功地将epsps基因构建到酵母胞内表达载体pPIC3.5K和植物表达载体PBI121上，利用电击法转化酵母及农杆菌介导法转化烟草，转基因酵母在草甘膦压力下筛选出耐受性较好的菌株，标记为ATME-4-M和ATME-9证明了所获基因具有生物学功能。

The results indicate that intravenous CP may produce rapid hemodyn amic and clinical inprovement and be well tolerated in cardiac patient s with serious or emerqent conditions from heart tailure.
