objectiveto investigate the efficacy and safety of amlodipine with berberine in the treatment of mild and moderate hypertensive with arthrolithiasis.methods 26 cases were treated by oral administration of amlodipine 5 mg, berberine 0.3g, meanwhile treated the acute arthrolithiasis by oral administration of colchicine 0.5mg, reated hypertensive with chronic gout by oral administration of allopurinol 100mg.
