Abstract］ Objective To investigate the relation of pterygium and ametropia.

目的 研究翼状胬肉与屈光不正的关系。方法随机对196例（200眼）翼状胬肉病人应用日本产Topcon KR-8100型全自动电脑验光仪进行术前、术后验光。

Of the 26 cases, 20 were treated using the method of aliform separation of glans, of the other 6 cases whose glandes were poorly developed were treated using the method of aliform separation of glans combined with compacted ventral pedicle preputial flap.

对一组尿道下裂修复术的龟头塑形方法进行分析，26例患者，20例采用翼状分离龟头成形，6例龟头发育较差者，采用翼状分离加龟头腹侧带蒂包皮瓣嵌插成形以增大龟头。

The patients who receives pterygium resection+symblepharon dissection+limbal stem cell transplant ation+amino membrane transplantation have lower recurrent rate and less post-operative symptoms of stimulation. This surgery is an effective method in coping with recurrent pterygium with symblepharon.

接受翼状胬肉切除+睑球粘连分离+角膜缘干细胞移植+羊膜移植术术后复发率低，术后刺激症状较轻，翼状胬肉切除+睑球粘连分离+角膜缘干细胞移植+羊膜移植术是治疗复发性翼状胬肉合并睑球粘连的理想方法。

Objective To discuss the application of Mitomycin C under safe effective concentration in excision of pterygium with conjunctival flap autograft and observe the efficiency on the prevention of primary pterygium from relapse.Methods Incisions of 64 primary pterygia in 54 cases were performed with conjunctival flap autograft. MMC was used in operation or post-operation. After 5 to 12 months of follow-up, a comparison was made on the relapse of primary pterygium between the above-mentioned group and another 33 pterygia in 27 cases that only performed the similar operation without the application of MMC.

目的 在安全有效浓度下，将丝裂霉素C应用于翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣移植术中，观察对翼状胬肉复发的防治效果方法对54例64眼原发性翼状胬肉者施行显微镜下胬肉切除带蒂结膜瓣移植转位移植联合术中或术后丝裂霉素C的应用，经5～12 月的随访，以单纯手术组（27例33眼）原发性翼状胬肉术后复发情况作对比分析。
