As temperature increased from 40 to 70℃, ferric reduction capacity of microorganism biocoenosis from Jilin, Tianjin and Hunan paddy soil were restrained to a certain extent. Adding AQDS could increase ferric reduction rate of microorganisms biocoenosis from Jilin, Tianjin and Sichuan paddy soil significantly. In axenic culture treatment of 6 kinds of bacterial strain experiments from Sichuan and Jiangxi paddy soil, a bacterial strain was suitable to 50℃.

于40~70℃升温处理后，来源于吉林、天津和湖南水稻土微生物群落的铁还原能力受到一定程度抑制；添加AQDS可显著增加来源于吉林、天津和四川水稻土的3种微生物群落的铁还原反应速率；在6株铁还原菌的纯培养试验中发现了1株更适于在50℃下生长的菌株。

The author investigated the community of grasshoppers in Changbai Mountain area during the period of July to September 2001, complementally collected specimen and systematically collected and measured environmental factors from July to October in the following year, and consulted to specimen collected by Fengling Zhang and Yanlong-yang in 1979, 1980 and 1981. By analyzing and classifying the data of five years, the author analyzed the community construction and ecological adaptability of the grasshoppers in the area. The main aspects dealing with the grasshoppers are as follows:(1)the community construction and faunal geographical elements;(2)characteristics of their ecological distribution;(3)vertical distribution of grasshoppers in the northern slop;(4)the relationship between environmental factors and differences in shape of grasshoppers in different vertical belt of northern slop, etc.

To study the effect of nematode-induced forest succession on avian communities, we chose three forest types at different seral stages, including evergreen broad-leaved coppice infested by the pine wood nematode for five years and evergreen broad-leaved forest infested for 12 years, both from Xiangshan County, Zhejiang, and one 40-year-old evergreen broad-leaved forest from Tiantong National Forest Park, Zhejiang.
