Some preparation methods of galanthanime including extraction and organic synthesis were summarized, such as extraction from narcissus, galanthus woronawii losink, and lycoris radiate and countereurrent chromatography refining, and enzymatic extraction from hyacinths orientalis, as well as the organic synthesis using 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde, methyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate, isovanilin and tyramine as raw material.

概述了加兰他敏从黄水仙、沃氏雪花莲中提取、石蒜中提取及逆流色谱法精制、喇叭水仙酶法中提取的方法、工艺；以3，4-二甲氧基苯甲醛、3，4，5-三羟基苯甲酸甲酯和异香草醛和酪胺为起始原料合成加兰他敏的方法。

The Surface composition of grafted PET fiber was characterized by ATR-FTIR. THE results showed that there were no obvious differences between ungrafted and graft PET fiber in the spectra ,except that the typical peak of-OH in 3100cm~(-1) appeared in both Citric acid treated PET fiber and Acrylic acid treated PET fiber indicated citric acid and acrylic acid had been successfully grafted on the surface of PET fiber.

对样品的接枝效果进行红外光谱表征，发现无论是经过丙烯酸接枝处理，还是柠檬酸接枝处理，处理前后纤维的红外吸收光谱图都没有明显的区别，说明接枝前后纤维的主体性质没变，但是，二者在3100cm~(-1)处都出现了羟基的特征吸收峰，说明柠檬酸和丙烯酸都已经接枝上了PET纤维表面。

ConclusionThe HCPT-SSLN has high entrapment efficiency and drug loading, uniform particle size, good stability, which provides an extensive prospect for clinical application of HCPT.

The array consisted of 8 piezoelectric crystal sensors, each coated with an adsorptive material with unselective, but different response characteristics. The array constructed from these solvents was applied to recognizing alcoholic hydroxyl, carbonyl from other organic functional groups. The principal component analysis was applied to the original and autoscalled data. The two-dimensional display of the data showed well-defined clusters for solvents containing different functional groups separated from each other. The array was applied to identifying spirits and beverages.
