美蓝

So it is a species of Bacillus.But the spore formed by this antagonistic bacterium can not make the sporangium swollen,and the parasporal crystal can not be formed. The antagonistic bacterium can be dyed equably by Methylene Blue.It can grow in pH5.7 culture medium and 7% NaCl. It is an aerobe,it can not grow without oxygen.

该细菌产生的芽孢不使孢囊膨大，不形成伴孢晶体，美蓝染色均一，可在pH5.7的培养基中生长，可在7％氯化钠中生长，且该细菌为好氧菌，在厌氧条件下不生长，能水解淀粉和还原硝酸盐。

For example: antimalarials primaquine morpholine, flutter malaria quinoline, quinine, chloroquine, quinacrine; antibacterial drugs have sulfa drugs, chloramphenicol and furans; antipyretic analgesics are acetyl salicylic acid, phenacetin, acetanilide, antipyrine, aminopyrine; other drugs such as vitamin K, probenecid, hydralazine, quinidine, methylene blue, toluene and so on.

SLNs of 48 patients with early-staging breast cancer were detected by methylene blue staining SLNB with intraoperative frozen section combined with rapid immunohistochemical staining by EPOS. 28 patients were found negative, and were randomized to receive simplified ALND(n=15, experiment group) or standard ALND(n=13, control group).

Results: The autofluorescence of M. furfur and M. japonica standard trainsrespectively in 4th and 6th day are stronger than that in other days, andautofluorescence of colonies become weaker in an hour. Theautofluorescence of Malassezia colonies put in 3% glutaraldehyde, pH4.0HCL, 1280μg/mL and 64μg/mL fluconazol solution, 0.3% methylene blueseparately get stronger, and that in 10% KOH get stronger at beginning thenbecome weaker 2 days later. C. albicans, S. schenchii, T. rubrum, T.tonsurans, A. terreus, A. fumigatus cultured on SDA all haveautofluorescence, and which are weaker than that of Malassezia.

结果：糠秕马拉色菌和日本马拉色菌2株标准株的自发荧光强度分别在培养第4和8天时最强，菌落的自发荧光在1小时内逐渐减弱；3％戊二醛溶液、pH4.0盐酸溶液、1280μg／mL和64μg／mL氟康唑溶液、3％美蓝溶液处理后马拉色菌自发荧光都增强，10％氢氧化钾溶液中的马拉色菌在开始时荧光增强，2天后减弱；白念珠菌、申克孢子丝菌、红色毛癣菌、断发毛癣菌、土曲霉、烟曲霉等在培养条件下有自发荧光，但都较马拉色菌弱。

To explore the possibility of early and rapid diagnosis of mycosisby detecting the fungal autofluorescence. Methods: To culture M. furfur and M. japonica standard strains on Dixonmedium at 32℃, and to study the autofluorescence of colonies in 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th day under Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy (LeicaTCS-SP2 LSCM). To study the variation of autofluorescence whenMalassezia colonies were put in 3% glutaraldehyde, pH4.0 HCL, 10% KOH, fluconazol solution, 0.3% methylene blue separately. To detect theautofluorescence of C. albicans, S. schenchii, T. rubrum, T. tonsurans, A.terreus, A. fumigatus cultured on Sabouraud dextrose agar.

选用糠秕马拉色菌和日本马拉色菌2株标准菌，接种在Dixon培养基32℃培养，分别在培养的第2、4、6、8、10天挑取菌落放在TCS-SP2型激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(Leica TCS-SP2 LSCM)下观察、测定其自发荧光；分别用3％戊二醛溶液、pH4.0盐酸溶液、10％氢氧化钾溶液、1280μg／mL和64μg／mL氟康唑溶液、0.3％美蓝溶液处理后观察马拉色菌自发荧光的变化；选择白念珠菌、申克孢子丝菌、红色毛癣菌、断发毛癣菌、土曲霉、烟曲霉等用沙堡葡萄糖琼脂培养后观察其自发荧光的特点。

Results Of 548 patients with nipple discharge, the FDS diagnosis was galactophoritis in 59 cases, ductal ectasia in 117 cases, ductal ectasia coexistent with galactophoritis in 185 cases, intraductal papilloma in 159 cases, intraductal papillomatosis in 12 cases and breast carcinoma in 16 cases. One hundred and thirty-five cases had surgical therapy in our hospital, among them, 91 cases had tumor resection or segmentectomy under localization by FDS, and 44 cases had segmentectomy after breast duct infusion with methylene blue.

结果 548例乳头溢液病例中，FDS下诊断为乳管炎59例(10.8%)，乳腺导管扩张症117例(21.4%)，乳腺导管扩张合并乳管炎185例(33.4%)，乳管内乳头状瘤159例(29.0%)，乳管内乳头状瘤病12例(2.2%)，乳腺癌16例(2.9%)。135例在我院接受手术治疗，其中91例在FDS定位下行肿瘤切除或区段切除手术，44例按常规经溢液乳管内注射染料美蓝后再行选择性区段切除。
