现为广西师范大学美术学院院长、教授、硕士生导师，中国书协、广西美协，日本基础造型学会、日本设计学会会员，师础坚艺术馆馆长，桂林基础造型学研究会会长，桂林日本文化研究所及桂林研美文化转播交流中心主任，《美术大观》、《陶瓷艺术与科学》编委，广西艺术学院兼职硕士生导师，马来西亚欧亚大学、绍兴文理学院、桂林工学院、广西职业技术学院等客座教授。
