Strains of endotrophic bacteria in the root nodule of Podocarpus were idetified phylogenetic relationship in the first time which had been isolated from different Podocarpus growing different stands.

本课题通过从不同立地条件不同寄主采集分离到20株罗汉松属植物根瘤内生细菌进行分类地位的初步鉴定。

Firstly,the result of the morphological character shows that all strains are short bacillus and gram-negative bacteria except DL7 strain;40%strains have gemma,and the strains which isolated from the root nodule of Podocarpus macrophyllus Thunb.

首先从形态特征的结果来看，所有菌株的菌体均为短杆状，革兰氏染色仅DL7菌株是阳性，其余菌株是阴性，有40%的菌株具有芽孢，其中从罗汉松根瘤分离的菌株形态与根瘤菌的有更多的相似性。
