This consistency control scheme that is used in the replicated continuous system and has the adaptive ability on network consists of three technologies, Local Lag, TimeWarp and network measurement.

这一应用于基于复制的连续系统中的具有网络自适应性的一致性控制方案，是本地滞后一致性控制技术、时间扭曲的状态修复技术和网络测量技术的整合。

The first part initiates with the signification of the right of privacy, elucidates the definition of right of privacy and network privacy right, analyses the characteristics of network privacy right that distinguish it from conventional right of privacy; the second part details the current situation of personal privacy violation in the cyberspace and violation modes as well as types; the third part summarizes and compares the network privacy right protection modes and legislation frames of the typically USA and EU law systems;the fourth part depicts and analyses the situation of protection to network privacy right in China;in the last part a proposal on constituting national protection system for network privacy right is presented,i.e.,establish the primarily legal protection, accessorily vocational self-discipline and technology protection mechanism based evenly on interests of the state, users' rights of privacy and industrial revenues.

本文共分五个部分，第一部分从隐私权涵义入手，阐明了隐私权和网络隐私权的定义，分析了网络隐私权区别于传统隐私权的特征；第二部分阐述了目前网络空间中个人隐私权遭受侵害的现状及侵权方式及类型；第三部分对以美国和欧盟为代表的两大体系在网络隐私权保护模式与立法框架上做了总结和比较；第四部分阐述和分析了我国法律对网络隐私权保护的现状；最后在第五部分对构建我国网络隐私权法律保护体系提出了建议：即在兼顾国家利益、用户个人隐私利益和行业利益的基础上建立以法律保护为主，以行业自律和技术保护为辅的保护机制。

The development of network and communication technology provide convenient and shortcut approach to exchange information and share resource. On the other hand, there has been the problem how to manage the network since the network appeared. SNMP emerging as the times require with the development of Internet provides the universal methods to get and configure the information of network management from the objects managed. It is a discussable problem how to understand SNMP deeply and apply SNMP to practice effectively.

网络和通信技术的发展，一方面为信息的交流，资源的共享带来了方便、快捷的途径；另一方面，从网络出现起，就存在着网络管理的问题，在Internet发展中应运而生的简单网络管理协议定义了从被管理对象获取和配置网络管理信息的简单而功能强大的通用方法，然而要透彻地理解它和有效地应用于网络管理的实践中是值得研究的问题。

through the existing analysis of network security and intrusion detection technology, this paper puts forward a cooperative intrusion detection method. this new method collects information distributedly, processes in multilateral cooperation, and constructs the large-network ids. then, it collects the information from dialing users to detect whether there are vulnerabilities and virus in individual or not. by means of such functions, this method only permits the users with reliable network repairing system or with the updated latest virus library to access to the campus network.

该文通过对现有校园网络安全及入侵检测技术的分析，提出一种基于协议分析的分布式入侵检测方法，采用分布收集信息，分布处理多方协作的方式，将基于主机的ids和基于网络的ids结合使用，构筑面向大型网络的ids；然后通过全局安全网络协作，收集拨号用户的信息，检查个体计算机是否存在漏洞、病毒，如果发现有就阻止其接入网络，强制其用到可信的网络修复系统或更新最新的病毒库后才可以正常接入校园网。

Considering present network layer"s complicated and disordered scenery leaded by communicating among various application with different communication protocols and technologies, this dissertation puts forward and implements shield of complicated network communication with standard protocols of TCP/IP, UDP in middle layer and Socket network programming technology, which can greatly alleviate application software personnel"s workload, ease its technical difficulty, and enhance system universality and transplantability.

Firstly, This text has described information fusion technology characteristic, form structure and concrete processing method, and application of information fusion in fault diagnosis proves the feasibility and validity from the angle of information theory. Based on this,it is combined the fault diagnosis of aeroengine with Information fusion, a method and model which the fault diagnosis of aeroengine information fusion is brought forward. a research which combined neural networks with D-S evidence is brought forward. Based on the analysis of single neural network characteristic, the model of roted neural network is put forward. With the simulation based on the example, we can know evidence theory fusion improved the fault diagnosis It is hard to give the basic probability function in the process of using the evidence theory, So the model based on network and D-S evidence is put forword.

本文首先论述了信息融合技术的特点、形式结构和具体的处理方法，并从信息论的角度论证了信息融合技术在故障诊断中的可行性和有效性；在此基础上，将航空发动机故障诊断与信息融合相结合，提出了一种基于信息融合技术的发动机故障诊断模型和方法，并在此基础上，提出和分析了基于人工神经网络和D-S证据理论的信息融合故障诊断，研究了神经网络的建模方法、组建原则和实现策略，并结合诊断实例进行了分析；提出了基于D-S证据理论的决策融合，阐述了D-S证据理论的方法，模型，并结合算例进行了分析。
