This paper puts forward the basic concept of "knowledge broker" through the viewpoint of evolution. It argues that the "knowledge broker" is a form of organization in the knowledge network market,which,by means of multi-learning,contacts,develops,correlates and re-creates the knowledgeon the basis of the knowledge demands and questions of the objects.

从中介的演化观点出发，提出了知识中介的基本概念，认为知识中介是指在知识的网络化市场中，通过中介主体自身的多元化组织学习，结合客体的知识需求和问题，以知识为中介对象，对知识进行接触、挖掘、关联、再造的组织形式。
