The relationship between the topology and convegence of networks is approached and the reason causing overtraining and overfitting is analysed. Then the redundant weights and nodes in the network are defined by using improved activity function and a new algorithm called the BPNSO for determining the network structure for any application is proposed, which use dual optimization objective function combining the mean squre error of the network output with network complexity penalty function.

文章对网络拓扑结构与网络收敛性和稳定性的关系进行了探讨，分析了网络出现Overtraining或Overfitting的原因和解决的目标，提出了神经网络结构优化的策略，改进了活化函数，定义了冗余权值和冗余节点的概念，为辨识和删除冗余权值和冗余节点，提出采用优化目标函数中增加网络复杂度罚函数的双重优化目标函数，并对罚因子提出了基于学习误差和权值的自适应动态调整公式，论文定义了这种BP网络结构优化方法为BPNSO，并给出了完整的计算流程。

Therefore, to counter the possible problems to be met in the application, we study objectively the model structures, algorithms and capabilities for these neural networks, such as the quick learning of the multilayer feedforward network, the learning algorithm of increasing the storage capacity and the convergence radius of Hopfield network, the structure and mapping capability of the fuzzy inference network, the automatic learning of the fault diagnostic expert network and so on.

分别研究了多层前馈网络的快速训练问题、增大Hopfield网络存贮容量和收敛半径的学习算法、模糊推理网络的模型和映射能力，以及故障诊断专家网络知识的自学习问题等。

Firstly, this paper puts forward an improved authentication and key distribution scheme for internet environment, in which we adhibit multilevel authentication center, encryption technology of DES, RSA and one-way function to actualize the safety of communication among the different user on network and reduces the workload of the authentication institution; at the same time, this scheme can also assure the security of network. Besides, it use the temporary symbol and the responds" sign of both-side correspondent to replace time stamp and applies them to internet communication to countercheck "rebroadcast attack and accordingly resolves the problem that it needs synchronization for network clock.

本文在首先提出一种改进的Internet网络环境下的认证及密钥分配方案，该方案考虑采用了多级认证中心，DES、RSA和单向函数加密机制，实现了网络上不同用户间的安全通信，降低了网上认证机构的工作量，同时也能够保证网络的安全性；并用通信双方的临时标志和响应者标识来代替时间戳应用于Internet通信中以防止"重播"攻击，从而解决了以往需要网络时钟同步这一难题。
