RESULTS: Image analysis of two-dimensional map revealed 72 differentially expressed proteins between MHCC97-H and MHCC97-L cells, and 9 protein peaks (including M2 pyruvate kinase,α-subunit of ATP synthase, heat shock protein 60, Toll-like receptor 9, flavoprotein oxygenase, pro-calreticulin, manganese superoxide dismutase, nm23-H1, and G-protein-coupled receptor kinase 5) were further identified by tryptic digestion, peptide mass fingerprinting and mass spectrometry.

结果： 2D图谱显示共有72个差异蛋白条带，共鉴定出了9个差异蛋白，分别为M2型丙酮酸激酶、ATP合成酶α亚单位、热休克蛋白60、Toll样受体9、含黄素单加氧酶、钙网硬蛋白前体、锰超氧化物岐化酶、nm23-H1、G-蛋白偶连受体激酶5；其中4个蛋白在高转移细胞株MHCC97-H中表达升高， 5个蛋白在低转移细胞株MHCC97-L表达升高。

Sequences analysis indicated 26 unique cDNA sequences that encoded putative proteins showing similarities to HL35 antigen U, hlim3, heat shock protein, NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 and calreticulin of H. longicornis, disulfide isomerase of Ambiyomma variegatum and Ixodes scapularis.

结果表明：在长角血蜱雌蜱唾液腺cDNA表达文库中获得26个长角血蜱免疫相关cDNA序列，其编码蛋白与长角血蜱HL35、黏附素hlim3假定蛋白、热休克蛋白、NADH脱氢酶、钙网蛋白以及杂色花蜱和肩突硬蜱的二硫异构酶等具有同源性。

结果 16例急性白血病患者治疗前后骨髓网硬蛋白纤维阳性例数有明显差异P结论骨髓网硬蛋白纤维含量的动态变化，可作为急性白血病患者判定疗效与预测早期复发的一个重要参考指标。

Results The reticulin fibre proliferated in all specimen and most of them occured mega karyocytosis.The myelofibrosis was severer along with the progress of CML,while megakaryocyte counts didn′t change significantly.
