Thirdly, the principal curve and polygonal line algorithm are introduced, and an implementation of polygonal line algorithm based on Quasi-Newton numerical optimization is illustrated. The simulation results show that when this algorithm isused in the detection of curvilinear defects on wafer map, it can converge fast, compute accurately and meet the demand of application of defects pattern analysis, and with the number of line segment increasing, the polygonal line will approximate to the Kegl principal curve.

研究了主曲线、多边形线算法，提出用多边形算法识别弧状缺陷想法，讨论了用拟牛顿法实现该算法的解决方案，针对硅片缺点模式分析中常出现的弧状缺陷，采用该算法进行检测分析，实验结果表明这种算法快速准确，当线段个数或最小距离平方期望值达到一定门限值后，多边形线就已经能够描述弧状缺点集的形状，随着线段个数增加，最小距离平方期望值还在不断下降，最终会收敛到Kegl主曲线。

其中8961 G＞T（Arg152Leu）和10966-8delC两种突变为国际首次报道，IFSla+5g＞a突变导致的异常剪接为国际首次报道。1个F7及F10基因联合缺陷家系，其中，F10基因28139 G＞T（Val384Phe）突变为国际首次报道；发现了1个由F7及组织因子(tissue factor，TF)两种基因联合缺陷导致的出血家系，其突变分别为F7基因启动子区-55C＞T杂合突变；TF 9363 C＞T（Arg131Trp）杂合多态性（频率2.63％）。6种F7基因突变发生在催化区；2种突变发生在裂解位点；1种发生在启动子区；1种突变发生在剪接位点，除一种缺失突变外，其余均为点突变；所有家系的基因突变都来自先证者的父亲和/或母亲。

X-ray radiography, X-ray radioscopy and X-ray computed tomography were performed to the C preforms and C/SiC composites made by chemical vapor infiltration method. Elementary research of the simulation of X-ray nondestructive testing of C preforms and C/SiC composites was conducted. The main contents and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1) The equivalent absorption coefficients of graphite and SiC to Al (KAl/sic, KAI/C) were measured. It was found that in 35-45KV, KAl/sic=1.1~1.2 and KAl/c=0.08~0.12. That means X-ray radiography was much less sensitive to fiber defects than to SiC matrix. It was suggested that Al Image Quality Indicator would be used to evaluate the quality of X-ray radiographs of C/SiC.

本文选择X射线照相、X射线实时成像和X射线CT等三种方法对C纤维预制体及C／SiC复合材料进行了检测和研究，并对C／SiC复合材料X射线检测的计算机模拟做了初步的探索，主要研究内容和结果如下：(1)测定了C和SiC的X射线照相等效系数，在35～45KV的条件下，Al对SiC的等效系数K_为1.1～1.2，Al对C的等效系数K_为0.08～0.12，所以X照相射线检测C／SiC对C纤维缺陷不敏感，而对SiC基体缺陷敏感。
