The Confucianism background of Narcissistic Personality Disorder :A group of patients with personality disorder who grew up in families with strong Confucianism background, well educated and professionally successful, yet lacked the basic ability of empathy were discussed from the view of narcissism in psychodynamics. This article tried to describe how Confucianism influenced on the formation of this type of personality disorder and which characteristics in Confucianism could serve to be the basis of this type of personality disorder within family interaction.

本文作者运用精神分析学对自恋和自恋性障碍研究的成果，通过对一组受过良好教育，有较浓儒家文化的家庭背景，且有一定的工作业绩，但缺乏基本共情能力的人格障碍患者的临床观察，试图阐述儒家文化对这类人格障碍形成的影响，以及这种文化的哪些要素在家庭互动中导致了这种人格障碍的形成。

由此本课题提出以社区为单位建立糖尿病俱乐部，定期组织患者进行宣教，搞好糖尿病健康教育，制定糖尿病病人常规治疗流程图，对糖尿病人群尤其是血糖控制不理想和年龄偏大的人群需要控制能量和碳水化合物的摄入，增加优质蛋白的摄入，建议多食用植物油，对于容易缺乏的钙、维生素B族、维生素C等营养素应该多增加未精细加工的谷类、新鲜的蔬菜水果及乳制品的摄入；选择含糖量低的水果，同时不饮白酒。

此一教学如加以推动，对教师而言是具有「可提供一个方便、安全、经济的户外教学场域」和「可增加教师的教学资源」等较重要的功能；对学生而言，则具有「可养成爱惜与尊重生命的态度」和「可让学生从实物中了解动、植物生态特性」等效益；但较担心的是教学教材资源（55％）、自然资源缺乏专业维护（53％）、经费（45％）及相关知识（44％）等的不足；因此，政府机关除了可以多办理有关生态工法知识的研习或发行刊物，以增加教师（50％）对这方面知识的接触机会外，在其他各方面亦应该提供更多的协助，让教育系统供给者、中介者及接受者都能发挥最大的功效。

独生子女有着优越的生活待遇，吃香的喝甜的玩酷的只愁他不想；也可以有良好的学校教育，家长都不惜重金择师择校只怕他不学。在家庭成员中，更是众月捧&心&，万般呵护，养尊处优。正是这种特殊而优越的生存、生活、学习和情感环境，孕育和培养了独生子女微妙而复杂的心理个性，更多的心理个性可能或者已经发展成为心理问题。现在已产生&独生子女问题多&、&独子难教&的思想倾向，有些人甚至把一些独生子女夸大其词的称为&中国的一群小皇帝&。由于独生子女在家庭中位置特殊，家长对这种特殊性缺乏认识和心理上的准备，因而带来一些值得探讨的新问题。

Applied ethics is not a real subject. It does not have a complete theory and system but rather a loose cluster of applied problems lack of rigorous logic structure. It is only convenient for the explanations, clarification and presentation of some practical problems and probe to occupational regulations. It uses part of the theory and methodology from ethics and only a study concept of opportunisism and education. It offers relativism repair for sermonized or secular ethics promulgation. It also uses the postmodern methods of intuitionism or circumstancesm, transplants and produce a series of post-classic principles which are self evident. Applied ethics is born as a simple and brutal measurement tools with the background of fussy and blundering academic situation.
