By the present of DMF, attractions arising from hydroxyl groups increased, and it is more favored to forming hydrogen bonds between amino acids; repusings arising from apolar alkyl groups side-chaines have little change ,but they increase with increasing alkyl groups, llydroxyl groups assist in the formation of hydrogen bonds in interior protein molecules, alkyl groups assist in the highly extension of peptide chaines, these make protein structure stabilized.

而L-缬氨酸非极性侧基的排斥作用在15％乙醇中最大，随乙醇含量的进一步增加，排斥作用的影响逐渐减小，吸引作用的影响逐渐占据主导，且越来越大。

With increasing DMFcontent in mixed solvents, the dipolar attracting interactions betweenglycine molecules increase; the attracting interactions arising fromhydroxyl groups between L-serine molecules increase rapidly; the repulsing interactions involving apolar side-chains between L-valine moleculeshave little fluctuate. By the present of ethanol, attractions arising fromhydroxyl groups increase obviously, repulsions arising from apolarside-chains decrease.

结果 发现4名SAD患者的PCR产物SSCP分析发生泳动异常，DNA序列分析发现：这4名SAD患者的130号密码子发生了CTG→ATG错义突变(388位点发生C→A突变)，使编码的氨基酸由亮氨酸变为蛋氨酸(Leu 130 Met)；157号密码子发生了GTG→CTG错义突变(469位点发生G→C突变)，使编码的氨基酸由缬氨酸变为亮氨酸(Val 157 Leu)，另有11名患者SSCP表现为一条单链增快，其性质待定。
